Reviews for Countertop Refinishing in Drexel Hill

The Marble Restoration Company
They were on time, professional and did a great job on cleaning and sealing my granite countertops and replacing damaged grout.

Buccieri's just installed a new Quartz Cambria kitchen countertop in my home. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! From my first telephone call to them, Natalie was so incredibly helpful and patient. I was trying to decide whether to refinish my old countertops or to get new ones. Natalie took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. Ultimately, I decided to update from Corian to Quartz. Dan, from Buccieri's, came out to measure and then again to complete the installation. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough, and most importantly, my countertops look gorgeous!! Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is fantastic. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Dan, Natalie and Buccieri's Custom Countertops!!

I felt that their prices were reasonable. He was prompt, thorough and talented. He did the best job that he could do on 30 year old white Corain countertops to make them look as new as possible.

From the sales staff, to the template makers, to the removal of the old countertops to the installation of the new countertops - all of the staff were friendly, experienced, and professional.

Everything went very smoothly. We visited showroom to pick out granite with photos of our existing tile countertops. Salesman explained our options well and had good suggestions for minor modifications of our plan that we had not thought of. Template person came on time a few days later. A week later installers came on time, removed old countertop and installed new countertop in about 3.5 hours. Removal of old countertop was done very efficiently and with a minimum of mess. New countertop was installed very professionally and looks great. Cleanup was complete.

Tim and Allen came to my home to install an soapstone countertop. I live in an old farm house and it can provide unique challenges. Both men did a fine job with the installation and working with the issues that popped up during installation. The were very nice and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Thank you so much Tim and Allen. The counter looks wonderful. Just wish I did this sooner.

They delivered as promised. The workmanship was good and they were cooperative with the requests that I had. They had a sale so the timing worked out well for me.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and profession. The design consultant who assisted us in the showroom with the granite selection, finishing, and sink explained everything in a way that my wife and I could understand. The installers were the best. We were replacing our countertops and wanted to retain the tiled backsplash on 2 walls. They were diligent while removing the countertops to make sure the backsplash tiles would not be damaged. The countertops look great and we are very pleased.

During home visits we can bring samples, take measurements, and make design changes on laptops showing you what your kitchen can look like in the very room being renovated. This is more convenient for our customers and it eliminates the expense of staffing and maintaining a larger space that is open to walk in traffic. We pass the significant savings on to our customers and so we sell cabinetry for less than other dealers, even home centers like Lowes and The Home Depot. Call today for a detailed estimate on your project over the phone.

Recent Review: They were very professional, helpful and responsive in answering questions and giving us a quote. In the end, we decided not to repair the countertop and sink but replace it entirely. as the previous owner installed it and it no longer fit our decor. Even though we didn't use them to make the repairs, we were very impressed with their customer service.

Recent Review: They did a great job across the board - very pleased with the results. Very neat. Each day the house was left just as clean as it was when they arrived. No pushy hard sales - worked with us on what we wanted.

Recent Review: We were in the market for a granite countertop. I did some research, including checking Angie's List (of course), and saw that ASCO was highly recommended. We visited them with my daughter who previously was a designer/showroom manager for Banta - a top of the line granite and marble company in Lancaster. ASCO advertises a fixed price of $1,800 per square foot for between 30 and 40 square feet (which is where ours fell) plus $600 for a removal and plumbing package which includes a sink and faucet and all the materials and labor. There are certain selections of granite, sinks and faucets that apply under this price range. We found the selection of granite, sinks and faucets for the advertised price to be very nice. We did go with a slightly upgraded sink because my wife wanted one a little deeper and a little bigger on the one side than offered at the price, but the quality of the sinks available for the advertised price were equal to the one we selected. Once we decided on all the components, they scheduled the measurement 3-4 days later and told us it would be ready to be installed a week after that. Everything happened exactly as planned. One thing I really liked about them was they have a plumber on staff. Typically you have to arrange to have the plumbing part of the job done on your own which involves getting a plumber to come out and unhook everything, then have them come back to reinstall everything once the countertop is installed. ASCO handled everything seemlessly. During the installation they even suggested to my wife that we move the garbage disposal to the other side of the sink and did so at no added cost. We are 100% satisfied with the new countertop and highly recommend ASCO to everyone. They also got an A+ from my daughter who told me that it would have cost more, taken longer, and been more of a hassle (due to the plumber issue) had the work been done at her former employer.

Recent Review: Marble countertops in bathrooms were etched, spotted, and lacked the desired marble shine or gloss. Granite in kitchen was installed many years ago when granite was a new product for counter tops. Pat, the owner of the company, first drove to my home in Hershey, from the suburbs of Philadelphia, to give me an estimate for the refinishing and resealing. The actual cost was under her estimate. Pat and an assistant spent seven plus hours in my house doing the required work and their travel time, back and forth to my home, was about 2.5 plus hours. They did a fantastic job and I was entirely satisfied, HAPPY, with their work. Pat obviously knows her craft and fully demonstrated her expertise. The marble countertops look brand new! Pat is "down to earth," and very personable. I found Pat's company on Angie's List.

Recent Review: Reasonably priced,meticulous-just notice his tool box, knowledgeable in home-improvement work; advices against doing work he sees as unnecessary and/or suggests a simpler less expensive alternative; leaves no trace (you won't know he's been there). Gregg is competent, very knowledgable, and is easy to work with. And an all-around nice guy.

Recent Review: Andrew was great - responsive, punctual, careful, and he did a great job. He thought hard about exactly what would work best for us, and waited until he could get the best color material for our jobs, even though it meant returning a second time to do the work. He is friendly, professional, works quickly and left the place spotless. His pricing is also incredibly reasonable, especially for the quality of work he did. I would hire him in a heartbeat for any future work - he's terrific.
