Very pleasant experience. Bill is one of the best haulers I have used. Very good spreading rock from truck no tractor spreading needed. He spread the rock perfectly. Bill also waited until the rock had dried some in lot before hauling to keep me from paying for water weight.

He came to the house the week before to give us an estimate.We accepted the est. and he said he would be there at 8AM on Monday morn. and said he could do it all in one day.He was here on time and ready to work. The job was finished in one day just like he said. We were very happy with the work.He was very professional and a pleasant personality. Yes, we would hire him again. We have a third bathroom that needs to be remodeled and he will be the first one to call for an est. My husband was very happy with the work that he did for us and he is not easy to please. The price,we thought was very reasonable.

Tony is very involved in every aspect of the job. He was always available and on time. The work done is magnificent. We never felt that he was trying to cut corners. Everything he was going to do was communicated before hand and any extra that needed to be done was discussed and his recommendations were much appreciated. He takes great pride in his work. Dave Porter
Porter tore out the old damaged wood, did not haul any of it away, left it laying in the room. He built the new door frame from pieced together wood in a hap hazard manner and it was not the correct rough opening size to accommodate a prehung 36 inch door. It took him more than a week to complete this. I called a professional framer to come and look at the job. He tore it out, rebuilt the framework correctly in 2 HOURS and made the opening the correct size. He charged me 150.00 for this. Mr Porter sent me a bill for 430.00 for the "work" he did. His verbal bid was 200.00 for the job. I took photos of both jobs, pre removal of the damaged wood, Porter's work and the framer's work. It is unbelievable the difference. My realtor had recommended Porter to me and when I told him about the mess he came over and was appalled at the job Porter did. He said he will not recommend him for any work again. The framer was hired to build my daughters house 2 years ago and he did an outstanding job on her house. I called him to get a professional opinion of my job and he offered to repair the mess while he was there! I will deduct the 150 I paid the framer from Porters bill. Since Porter did buy some lumber and electrical supplies for the job and did the tear out I will pay him the 280.00 difference. It's obvious that he doesn't know what he is doing when it comes to repairs.

Overall the entire job was top notch! Very courteous, professional & caring company! I have gone back twice since getting my new outdoor patio, fireplace, waterfall & columns installed buying boulders & getting geared up for them to come back & cut my brick off my corners of house & install the gorgeous rock! Do not use any other company! Circle R Rock Yard has been in Elk City doing business for over 10 years & the rock crew has been rocking houses for over 40 years! They are not going anywhere & will guarantee their work for life. I cannot find any other company that will give me a guarantee like that!

(2) Shingles: Remove wood and shingle debris and clean out dust from house.
(3) Trades rough-in: Remove trades debris and clean out dust and wall cavities for insulators.
(4) Drywall debris: Remove drywall debris but leave dust so texture won’t stick to floor.
(5) Texture Debris: Remove drywall texture debris and fine dust before trim carpenter starts.
(6) Brick & Stone: Remove all misc. trash and brick debris
(7) Interior Trim: Remove trim debris and clean out dust for painters.
(8) Remove Lot Debris: Remove lot debris before final grader starts “Pulling forms is an extra bid"
(9) Painters Paper: Remove painters paper from garage.
(10) Trades Trash: Clean out garage of boxes/misc, spot scrape floor and sweep good for carpet installers.
(11) Carpet Remnants: Remove carpet remnants and trades final debris.
Note* after stage (5) If floor scraping is required I need to know before they texture otherwise it’s an extra labor charge.
