This is what I thought would be done: "Clean all debris from your roof, inspect all flashings on your home including walls, valleys, chimneys, and skylights, caulk all flashings necessary, re-seal all heat stacks and soil boot pipe flashings, repair any nail pops and loose shingles, clean all gutters and downspouts, re-nail all gutter spikes and provide a written estimate for any additional work needed. We will also check for damage caused by weather, animals or any other acts of nature that may cause damage to your roof." I mostly wanted the gutters cleaned out, which is something I cannot do myself anymore. i know the gutter guards are not in great shape, but there is visible debris and plants growing out of the gutters. All that was done from the above was nailing loose shingles and recommending expensive extra services. There were limbs and debris on the upper roof and they were still there when the technician left. i doubt that any re-sealing was done either. This was basically an expensive roof inspection and the stated work was not done. This is my first time using Angie's list.
