Kaz Companies Inc
Unfortunately, the garage installer from the Kaz company was injured. He was not going to return to work for about 6 weeks. Therefore, rather than make me wait, they sent an installer from another company. He was professional and seemed to do a quality job. Had no problems related to the installation. I would recommend the Kaz company to others. Their price and warranty are very good.

Precision Door Service
The "deal" was for roller replacement for the door. We have an insulated garage that we heat in the colder months. There are vinyl insulation pieces on either side of the door. The rollers were misplaced, and now the door is not going up straight. On one side, the vinyl piece is completely shredded by the door, and gets worse with every use. On the other side, the technician removed the vinyl piece he told us he didn't have a replacement with him, and that he would have to come back. I've had to shimmy the door so that it will work properly. It doesn't come down straight. I have not been able to have the heat on in the garage for about a month. We have contacted at least twice because we haven't heard anything else from the company, and the part has still not been replaced. We are starting complaint resolution with Angie's List to get this resolved.
