Luis responded to my telephone call promptly and when he came to the house, he was prepared with a panel to move the refrigerator without scratching the floor. A&B unclogged a drain and also put a new tube in. Apparently there was a design flaw with Whirlpool Gold refrigerators like mine and so they replaced it with the redesigned part. I haven’t had any more leaks.

Stan and his helper also took the time to show me how my ice maker works and looked up the model number of my filter and showed me exactly where to find it at a much less expensive price on Amazon. I'm so very pleased with these folks and will call them again. I highly recommend them!
