Absolutely awful. This on-going mess is the worst experience we have ever experienced with a business. The installation was a debacle, the customer service and follow up has gone from bad to "the worst," and, after almost 2 months, we still do not have a system that functions. So, our family's safety & security has been compromised, and the only concern ADT has is their own bottom line: holding us to a 3 year contract for "home security monitoring." And because we are stuck with their non-working equipment in our house, we can't get another system installed. The only concession they have offered is to remove the equipment--but we still have to pay for 3 years of monitoring. (Seriously?!) ADT is terrible! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
