Hampstead Concrete Patio Installation

The entire process was quick and easy.  I called them to come out and give an estimate.  They were at my home within two days, and I had the estimate back to me the same day.  I ended up added a cure and seal to the finished patio and there was no additional waiting period for it.  They were able to work me in before a big job and my patio was completed in about a week.  It would have been sooner, but unfortunately rain kept delaying the process.  However, even with the rain, they worked around it and it only took them a few days to actually do the job.  Karen was very nice and the guys that came out and poured the concrete were nice and very professional.  American Patio quoted several hundred dollars less than a couple of other companies and the patio looks great!

Their service was outstanding. He came to our home and showed us what we had to choose from. You can do it in many different ways and stain it in many different ways and patterns. He took the time to go over it with us. He was kindly and his crew was professional. His crew did an outstanding job and left the work site in great condition. They offered competitive prices.

When we chose to put in a pool we literally had no idea where to begin...we called around town to a few places and Jordan from Prestige Pools was not only the first person to call us back (same day) but the only person who called us back within a week...we are so happy he did! The team at Prestige Pools was phenomenal, from the very beginning we never felt like we were in over our heads or being taken advantage of. Jordan was very straight forward with all pricing options as well as great at answering any and all questions throughout the process and even after we have finished...The contractors who dug the pool were very professional and hard working! They worked sun up- sun down to get the job done as soon as possible. Once they finished, the owner was present at the time of install to make sure everything went smoothly and offering his contact information as well if there is was anything we needed which we thought was very professional. Shortly After that the equipment was delivered and installed, as well as the patio and decking we chose. We have and will continue to refer Prestige Pools to all our friends and neighbors, we are so happy with our new backyard and our decision to go with Prestige Pools!

Ocean Blue Pools was fantastic from start to finish! They are honest, friendly, clean and professional. Ocean Blue spent a ton of time with us selecting our pool and making sure we were comfortable with the layout before installing. During install, they took care in laying mats over our grass before driving heavy equipment in the yard, moved any plants in the way (so they wouldnt be destroyed), relocated irrigation, and left the construction site tidy and as safe as possible before leaving everyday. They also spent time after install, teaching us how to take care of the pool, use the equipment, etc. Great folks! The outcome...our pool looks like it was built with our house...fits in perfectly. We have our own little oasis right in our backyard. Years later, we still love our Ocean Blue pool! Best improvement we made to our house!

Although they were delayed quite a while, due to bad weather, and loss of employees, the wait was well worth it. Bill Bencker and his crew did an outstanding job. They installed 280 sq. ft. of freshly poured concrete. They then stamped it and applied the colors of our choice, and applied hardeners and sealers for protection. They also did a stamped overlay on our existing 100 sq ft patio, which gave us a large 20 ft x 19 ft patio that looks like one solid slab. The workmanship, and care with which they performed was exemplary. They were professional in every aspect and I would not hesitate to use DCS again.

Thank you Carolina Creations for making our dream home our oasis! Art Miller and his team did an amazing job on our pool with spill over spa - it's beautiful! They continue to be responsive as we get used to living with such a wonderful addition to our home.

We absolutely love our new pool. Art Miller with Carolina Creations made this experience so easy from start to finish. He and his staff were so pleasant to work with. They were knowledgable, friendly, and responsive. They gave us a lot of information about different pool choices and helped us make the best decision for our family without making us feel pressured. Art even drove us to one of his recently completed projects so we could see first hand the quality of their work. The entire pool installation process only took a few weeks and everything went as planned and on schedule with no delays. We would highly recommend Carolina Creations to anyone thinking about installing a pool.

We moved about 3 years ago, and as the kids got bigger, we started to really miss the swimming pool we had at our old house, so we contacted Art at Carolina Creations to remedy this problem.  After initial discussions, we realized that he and his crew could do a complete turn-key job on our entire dream backyard.  After installing the pool and attached spillover spa, they poured and stamped a beautiful pool deck.  To finalize the project, they built a a stone kitchen adjacent to the pool.  The kitchen includes two sinks, gas burners, a refrigerator, and a pizza oven.  Underneath all of the beautiful aesthetics, they also ran all of the plumbing coordinated all of the electric work to run the pool and kitchen.  We spent our entire summer in our backyard and couldn't be more pleased with the final product.  Thanks Art, Eric, and crew.

Did not perform the work I hired them to do. I paid 50% on June 15th of this year and I am still trying to get my money back on Sept 14th.
