Burlington Sprinkler Repair

Excellent work. Arrived on time and got the leak fixed in my sprinkler system the same day. Very personable and friendly.

I received a response to my service inquiry within 2 hours. Scott had one of his crew members attend to my needs the very next day from our initial contact. The service was A++ with very knowledgable staff. While I have not seen the final invoice yet, I would definitely recommend using Carolina Irrigation. The service exceeded my expectations.

They also do landscaping, taking down trees, etc. They put in the sprinkler system originally. They were good.

They replaced two sprinkler heads in late summer.  Arrived on time and were thorough and quick.  They also followed up on winterization and completed in a timely fashion.

Turned my sprinkler on and then sent me a bit for checking the brand new system for pressure. When I told him I didn't authorize and I was only paying for turn on they finally took it off bill. But I had to work at it. I felt like I was getting conned. It was a new system.

It's a continuing service: installation, then regular turn on-turn off (seasonal), and visits to fix any problems (e.g., a mower knocking the head off a sprinkler that hadn't descended all the way).

Very well. Work completed over 2 days. Restored turf to a good condition. Dean James, who I worked with planned the installation and supervised the crew when needed. He gave me very useful information for operating the system controller. He returned to make adjustments at a later date.

The crew was able to find the leak and repair it where my husband had already dug the ground up. However, we soon found out there was another leak closer to the well. They came out that day before I even returned home and was finishing up the repair, which required even more yard to be dug up. I was very relieved to see it had been handled that day. I wouldn't hesitate to call for other maintenance and landscaping needs.

I called to request a service call in late April for them to come out and turn on the system, adjust the sprinkler heads, and replace  or repair any sprinkler heads that needed service.  I was told that my call would be returned shortly.  After not hearing from them for 5 days I called again and again was told that I would be hearing from them.  Haven't heard a thing. Goodbye All About Irrigation!

He showed up on time, and moved/repaired sprinkler heads. We were additionally looking for more professional advice on the entire system, how it should be set up, what it should be doing. When we would ask a question on what we should do, or how it should be operating, his response was and quot;well, if that is what you wantand quot;, instead of and quot;this is the best way to configure your systemand quot;, etc. The person who came was more of a 'worker' than one who could/would offer advice on our irrigation system set-up. Also, he had to come back a second time as he did not complete the work before leaving the first time. (I feel like he thought he had completed the job, but left without checking in with us.)
