Deck Specialist & Outdoor Living
I contracted Marlon Trippett of "Deck Specialist" to remove an existing deck on our house and build a new deck in its place. The new deck was extended, doubled in size, surrounded with steps on three sides, and a planter box was built and installed in one corner of the deck. It's amazing. My family was extremely pleased. It's beautiful and will be great for entertaining. The construction team was very professional and easy to work with. Tom, the project manager was attentive and extremely accommodating. Mike, the main craftsman, demonstrated wonderful skills when constructing the deck. When an existing problem was discovered upon removing the old deck, we discussed options and worked out solutions to correct the issue. They worked within the time-table and did everything that had been discussed. They were reliable and punctual. I was really happy with the outcome of this project. I would not hesitate to use this company again on future home improvements.

Recent Review: We had Jose and his team power wash our house and decks, fixed rotten trim and window sills, paint siding, gutters, trim, and door, and cleaned windows. Our house looks brand new! Their team did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!
Recent Review: We hired the Serpaco painting team to replace about 26 boards on our wooden deck (because of sap coming through), re-stain the deck, and re-screen and repaint the screened in porch. When I met the team leader, Mason, he was very personable and willing to come to our house on a Saturday to give us a quote. We called him back the next week to set up dates for the project to be completed. The guys who completed the project were extremely hard-working, and Mason checked in on the job every day. He checked all of the small details to make sure nothing was left unfinished. To re-screen the porch, the outside wood boards needed to be pulled off, and some of them broke in the process (this is common). Mason called me when this happened to let me know we were going to need to replace these boards. This is just one example of how I was included in each step of the project. The stain that the team used is a ?dock and deck? stain and has help up very nicely since the work was completed about a month or so ago. We very much enjoy our deck?s ?face lift!?
Recent Review: We contracted Carolina ProWash to clean, repair and stain our deck recently and we could not be more pleased. Roger Gothorp handles the physical work and his wife Celeste handles the business office. Both are very professional and responsive to questions. Roger did everything he said he would do and kept me informed of delays due to weather which is unavoidable. He repaired cracked and broken boards, cleaned all the mildew, and worked hard to get the stain color exactly right. Our deck looks wonderful!! We highly recommend Carolina ProWash and will call them again.
