Super Service Award Recent Review: I thought the salesman Steve did a very good job of presenting their product and service. Overall, their gutter, guard and downspout system seems very well designed, constructed and installed and is a good value for the money - especially with the guarantee to fix any problems and to clean my gutters if they ever get clogged. I'm 66 years old and don't want to get up on ladders and clean gutters any more. The men who installed my new gutters and downspouts were very friendly, skilled and hard-working. The whole process of tearing off my old gutters and installing new ones took about 3 hours. What is also very impressive about the company is how K-Guard handled a big problem when the original installation placed the wrong colors of gutters and downspouts on the house. There had been a communication problem when they sent out the instructions to the installation crew and I didn't get home to catch the error until after they were gone. When I called about it, they immediately admitted the error, apologized and scheduled another complete installation of gutters, gutter guards and downspouts with the correct colors within a week at no additional cost to me. This is all anyone could ask of them. And I think it demonstrates how well they will handle their guarantee. We've had only one light rain since the new gutters and downspouts were installed and they seemed to work well (no over-gutter water gushing). However, I won't know how well they really perform until we get a sustained hard rain. But I don't anticipate any problems and am confident that if there are, K-Guard will make it right.

Recent Review: Dwayne provided the estimate. Very professional without high pressure tactics. A down payment was not required. We were sold on the Master Shield product based on our research. The estimate/presentation was informative, stress free and a deposit wasn't required so we decided not to seek additional estimates. The 2-day installation was started the next day. The installer was courteous. It went well and the clean up was complete. We have a large pin oak next to the house so it will take a full year to see how well the guards handle the debris. We haven't had a thunder storm yet either so we can't say how well the guards work.
