Wentzville Dog Door Installation

It went Great as usual with Dave you can always count on getting it done the right way. We will use him again soon for some larger projects.

I had a basic dog door I wanted installed.  I have 2 dogs one is big and one is small so it had to be placed in the door so both dogs could use it.  We decided how high up to put it and he had it installed in no time.  He also re-hung a basement door for me.  I had 2 baby gates I wanted installed using a hardware mount not a pressure mount.  He finished it in record time!  I had a stopper in my tub that had stopped working and I asked him if he could fix it.  He did and even cleaned my drain for me.  He was very nice and so good to my dogs that would not stop following him around.  He left after 3 hours because I couldn't think of anything else for him to do.  GREAT JOB!

I'd bought a Big Deal coupon for one hour of handyman service thru Angies List.  The interior door leading from my foyer to the basement had a small cat door that my dog would manage to squeeze thru, but then could not get back upstairs.  After several instances where the dog ended up wearing one half of the pet door frame like a hula hoop, I gave up & bought a larger pet door.  I emailed the company with my request & the owner called me to schedule a worker for the next day.  Phil arrived right on time.  He took out the cat door, enlarged the opening & installed the larger pet door without a problem.  In addition he changed the old brass door hinges with new nickel ones I had recently bought.  He still had time left in the hour to change over the hinges on 2 more doors for me.  Phil was pleasant & he left the area clean.  I am so happy to have this done & it was all so easy!   I would definitely recommend this company.

Very well. Professional job and Scott worked very hard to get us the best deal given our non-standard door opening.

Excellent. I called after checking Angie's List yesterday. Amanda said that because it was such a small job i would be put on a "back up" list for someone to pick up as time allowed. Definitely next week. I called again this morning to give them my cell phone number; that was a ruse, I just wanted to be in the front of the mind of the folks in the office. An hour and a half later I got a call saying that Wayne could come out in just a couple of hours. He was exactly on time and completed the work quickly. The only thing that could have been better is that the office staff should have told me there was a two hour minimum. When I told Wayne I had not been given that information he charged me for only one hour. If he had not done that I would not have been pleased.

Arrived promptly went above and beyond to make the dog door sturdy and cosmetically pleasing. Great work.

Dave was great. Very prompt with his response and very timely with his work. He did an excellent job and we will be hiring him again for future projects.

Estimate timely. Worked with us to finalize color choices. Started later than expected but this was due to all the rain we had so I did not rate them down for this. Once started work was completed is a few days. Workers friendly and professional. Always let us know what they would be working on each step of the way. Gutters completed at the end two days sooner than expected.

Andy and Tommy were great to work with. They are both animal people so they kept an eye on my geriatric houdini dog and let him in an out as needed. When they left the first day, the work area was clean and tidy and when they finished on the second day, not a speck of dust was in sight.  The finished work was exactly what I asked for and it looked 100% better. Bonus - The final price came in approximately $250.00 below the bid!
