It was a very good day! Called late am and had hot water by early evening. Was delayed about an hour because after unpacking new tank it had been damaged. The service man had to make an extra trip for replacement tank but all went smoothly. My hats off to Taylor Plumbing of Smithville - customer service excellent and service tech was outstanding!

They were prompt and accurately diagnosed the problem. I knew there was a leak, but did not properly understand its source. Then he quickly fixed the problem; and, as a courtesy, tightened an adjustment on the faucet he installed about a year ago, and showed me how to do this.

Scheduling was easy. Arrived when they said they would. Had the men required to do the work. Polite. Gave me a bid, and removed the pile of no-longer-needed items I had segregated in the basement. Dropped a few smaller items in the driveway/street that I found and had to pick up later. No big deal, but that's why I gave them a "B' on Quality.

We had a wonderful experience with JunkMan. I called and arranged an estimate on the cost of hauling a large amount of junk from our basement, a set of very heavy, metal patio furniture, a large chair and ottoman, an old large TV, and tons of miscellaneous junk. They came out two days later and did an estimate and offered to take the junk then. The price was very fair, 200$. The sons of the owner did the movie and were very polite and efficient. They even drove back to our house when they realized they accidentally overcharged us $1 when the calculated our discount using an Angie's List coupon. I highly recommend them for their excellent and speedy service, fair prices, and ethics.
