My husband and I (and my husband's parents) have worked with Premier Tile multiple times for different projects over the past few years and it has always been a fantastic experience. Complete Home Concepts
Started this process Labor Day weekend and it was finished in February. Extremely disorganized process from sales to installation. Sales: They gave several bids each increasing in price as they went. Reason given was they kept forgetting items that were needed. We finally signed a contract and made a deposit of half. Fireplace was ordered and they came out to do a verify on the job. There were some discrepancies in what they said they were going to do and what the contract defined so had to make a personal visit to the showroom and resolve. Installation: Unit installed but with gas leak, called a plumbing company which we trust and had that fixed, fortunately without explosion. In November scheduled the burn in, they had to reschedule as they forgot the logs and had to reorder the front panel. In December, came out to install the reordered front panel, guess what, didn't fit! The template used for the mantel was wrong. What the heck, how could this project go soooo wrong? Had to have the granite mantle deconstructed and rebuilt to fit the faceplate. Fireplace is in and working at last, YEAHHH! They did compensate us for the cost of redoing the mantel, however, based on our experience with Complete Home Concepts, if you are considering using them, run away and don't look back!

Very professional and helpful. He first laid out protection around work area and was very careful to prevent any dirt, soot or debris from escaping the work area. He disassembled the fireplace completely and cleaned each piece and repainted those parts that showed wear. He reassembled the components and even caulked outside where the original builder forgot. Then end result was I got a brand new fireplace for the price of a service call. All this while explaining every step in the process. Very pleased.

We hired Brandon and his crew to tear out an old brick fireplace and wood panel wall and replace it with drywall and added windows and also framed and wired for a new fireplace insert and stone. Brandon went above and beyond and was great to work with! He was prompt with answering questions and was innovative with new ideas when we encountered problems to our original plan. He always had a quick solution and made sure we were in the loop and ok with the new plan. Him and his crew were so nice and worked really hard to get the job done in a timely manner. We are so pleased with the job they did and have many more jobs in our house we plan to use them for in the future!! I cannot speak highly enough of Brandon and his crew!

It went very well. The fireplace is great! They showed up on time, did their work and cleaned everything up so we didn't have a big mess. During part of the work, they had to cover up the opening since they hadn't set the firebox in place yet and it was cold outside at night. (This was in November.) Also, the mason even had to build a tent and heat the area outside so he could lay bricks without having the mortar freeze and complete the job as soon as possible. So, they really went all out to make sure the job was done well and that we were as comfortable as possible and not inconvenienced while they were doing the work. When they did install the fireplace, they found that the glass door was cracked. So, they ordered a replacement and came back out to install it as soon as it came in. Fortunately, we could use the fireplace, even with the cracked door. Overall, we appreciated their professionalism and hard work, and we love the new fireplace.

KC Gas Fireplace
Our gas fireplace hadn't worked in years. Called a fireplace provider who recommended KC Gas Fireplace Service. The next day the repairman Dan came to our house. Spent one hour fixing the fan, blower and bolting the fireplace to the floor. Also cleaned out the pilot light line and provided new pretty embers. Fireplace is now working great and we were able to enjoy it! Should have called years ago! Thank you!

Recent Review: It went very well. I sent Dean an e-mail during his vacation requesting an estimate, he promptly responded and we set up a date for the following week. As mentioned in earlier reviews, Dean's role is similar to a project manager, but he regularly works with the same crew. During the estimate Dean showed us several different types of granite which he usually works with, we also went to the granite fabricator's warehouse to view additional granite slabs (around 10). As we had previously looked at granite at numerous warehouses, we decided to go with a different granite than what Dean had in stock. This raised the price of the original bid since they needed to purchase the slab from another supplier, which was fine with us. Dean provided the name of a designer who was available to assist with picking out the backsplash. Dean coordinated everything very well between making the countertop template, scheduling an electrician, plumber, and tile work. We didn't feel like it was a granite installer trying to connect the plumbing or electrical, which happened with a previous granite company. When the plumber was installing the soap dispenser (we ordered the faucet and soap dispenser from Ferguson) he noticed the rubber seal was broken. He contacted Dean and Dean followed through with Moen to get new parts shipped. Everyone was very polite and professional during the remodel. We have two large dogs and this did not phase anyone at all; the plumber even brought dog treats. We plan to use Dean again for a master bathroom remodel.

Recent Review: Caleb was thorough and professional. He knew his business and got the job done quickly. He kept the area clean and inspected our chimney outside as well. I finally found a fireplace service company that understands the value of a vent-free gas fireplace! We will be using Sleep Easy for all our service and repairs. I did not provide my address for privacy reasons.

After having had two other chimney companies tell us our gas fireplace was beyond repair and charged us for nothing - Ryan and Best Chimney quickly and efficiently repaired it. Previous Chimney companies had tried to sell us expensive NEW replacement fireplaces. In short order, Ryan saved us a bundle.

He personally came to my home, measured and evaluated the fireplace and made a recommendation for a granite mantle. His crew installed the mantle - and yes, it is beautiful! I love the look of the stone over the fireplace.
