Fenton Bamboo Flooring Installation

I also was suppose to have flooring installed upstairs in master suite, but owner Joe Gordon agreed to refund the money for the floor I purchased for that area after the bad experience I had with the kitchen installation.  The company still owes me for a floor I have never received and never had installed.  I have an email stating that they would refund me but have yet to see the 1200.00 that they owe.  The business owner Joe Gordon comes across as a trustworthy hands on owner, but will lie about how great his installers are and when you question their work he will act like they are new to the company and they aren't really his "go to guys".  My bamboo floor was installed and a board was left unlocked.  They were over 45 minutes late both days they were suppose to be there.  Never had a reason to be late, and when they were suppose to fix my unlocked board, no one showed up.  Found out when I called Joe the "go to guy" installer was at the hospital, but would be okay.  I was upset because the owner didn't even bother to call us and we waited over 90 minutes for someone to show up.  From there I asked to just be done with dealing with his company and for him to refund me the money.  He has yet to do so.  Please do not use this company, he is a dishonest man.

Bob was great at accommodating my scheduling needs. His team was very professional, responsive to feedback, and informative when I had questions. The crew came on time everyday and worked continuously until they finished.

It was a great experience with them. We bought our own bamboo wood and then they installed it for us. I thought they were very professional and helpful. They did a great job.

We had a specific week we needed the work done in before we moved into our new house and they were able to get the work done ahead of schedule. We are extremely happy and everyone loves our floors. My real estate agent took a business card to hand out to her clients she liked them so much. We are now having them bid our basement finishing as well.

The selection at the design center is amazing. They have high-quality products and a range of prices. They keep the customer informed of all the steps in the process. Our floor was delayed in shipment for two weeks and they let us know about the delay. The workmen were professional. They were clear on what furniture they would move for the carpets and helped put things back in place. The floor installer made a mistake with his hammer and when I pointed it out he replaced what was needed. We are thrilled with their remarkable work.

We were very pleased. They were significantly cheaper than other handyman services we contacted and less than home depot's published installation rate. The floor looks beautiful. They also do deck and concrete work.

  I have no problem with the work done in the basement, and the carpeting on the stairs.  The hardwood looks nice, but was a disappointment because they didn't order the bamboo that  I wanted when they said that they did, and when they did get around to it (just prior to installation time), they found that they couldn't get it for 2 more weeks which would have tacked extra time on to an already over-long project.  I had to pick something else at the last minute.   The vinyl in the kitchen is horrible horrible horrible.  I don't really understand it, because they installed the same vinyl in the laundry room and there's been no problem with that.  The installer kept complaining about the glue not being tacky enough, my house not being warm enough. . .from day 1 the tile around my range and refrigerator has been cracked and buckled.  They simply would not come back out to even look at it.   Several days after installation,  some of the tiles had the top peal off, leaving plain grey splotches.  I spoke with them about this and they have never showed up to replace them.  

This is the second time I've used Champion. First time was 2 years ago. I picked them because they were certified. Never heard of them. My first experience with Champion was amazing. This second experience was better than amazing. I was really, really, really nervous about replacing and installing my shower floor. I've waited almost a month before leaving this review because I wanted to test that new shower floor over and over and over and over again before I wrote a review. Perfect. Not only are the floors what I asked for, the floors look better than what I asked for. Another great experience. Can recommend with confidence.

Steve and his brother did an awesome job. Steve has also done work for my clients. He will also be doing more work for me in the future. Highly recommend.

We purchased the flooring from a flooring retailer and contacted Motto Flooring for an estimate on installing the floor. After coming to our house, Mr. Motto sent us an e-mail with all the material we would need to supply. The material estimate was perfect. The work was done in an extremely professional manner and exactly in the time estimated. We recommend Motto flooring highly. Our floor is beautiful and we are extremely grateful for great job done by Nick Motto and his crew.
