Once the decision was made he promptly scheduled the work and stuck with the schedule He and his crew did a magnificent job, they were professional and courteous—and cleaned up the job site perfectly. I’m so happy with our new deck and am glad we had KR do the work.

We called to make the appointment to have this service. Nobody answered, so a message was left. We received a call back within about 48 hours, and the service was scheduled. We have furniture on the deck, including a table and chairs, and TV which we had to remove and store in our garage the evening before our service was to be done. The service provider didn't showed up as scheduled. After a few days we called. He called us back and told us that he was behind due to inclement weather. We felt that was understandable, however, we should have been kept informed, rather than him just not showing up and not calling. We rescheduled. He told us that he would even leave his equipment in our back yard over the weekend to show that he wasn't off doing other jobs. Instead, he just left a long ladder leaning up against our deck for days on end. He did not show up the second time as scheduled. Again, no phone call to keep us informed of why he didn't show up and when he planned on coming. When he finally came, unannounced, he did do a good job. There was no stain on our siding. There was one drip on the patio under the deck. However, we were weeks without the use of our deck, not knowing when the work was going to be done because we weren't being kept informed. In addition, we were told that the deck would be dry by the following morning, but it took days before it was dry enough to use again. We had used this company a couple of years ago, and at that time they were more prompt and responsive. This time, we were disappointed.

Lack of materials due to COVID was our only issue. Once on site the work advanced quickly, the workmen were pleasant and polite and we have a fantastic, solid, beautiful new deck.

The crew from Sheldon Siding did an outstanding job with my deck extension. They were able to complete the job ahead of the original date, were prompt every morning, and even worked late to try to get the project completed. I made some changes on the first day by increasing the size, and Ron and his crew were very receptive to modifying the original plan and got the additional supplies needed. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent, better than any deck I've had before. Ron, the owner, was on site multiple times each day. I would not hesitate to use them on any future projects.

I met the owners at the St. Louis Home Show. After getting several estimates (all over my affordability) R&R helped me get a new deck within my price range. After hearing their proposal, we were able to work together to get a deck I was happy with (some compromises) and stay within my budget. They were the only company I met with who was willing to make changes to help me. During construction the workers were professional and on task, no loitering or messing around, and picked up all construction "trash" when the job was over. Even after 14 months, the deck still looks awesome. They also educated us in the proper care of our new deck to help it stay beautiful. They were attentive to our needs and concerns, stayed in contact with us, and made us very comfortable with such a large project.

Recent Review: The job went great and although the project ended up requiring much more work to complete because of hidden rotted wood the installers worked hard to complete the job. We have hired Goecoexteriors to install our siding on our home as well.
