We hired Kevin do build a bayed slider door out to the deck to give us more room and better views in our family room. He did such a good job we asked him to rebuild a new deck and replace some soffit. Again he did a great job, so when it came to the new roof we needed we used him again. He worked with us in letting us do the tear off so that we could keep the price down. After that we had him install a skylight over the kitchen. Kevin was punctional and trustworthy and always honored his bids. I have recomended Kevin to several family and friends.

Much of the work was done while not at home. We were kept up to date with calls, texts and pictures. The old deck was torn down first. Since the footings were only 18" deep, they had to do new footings. Over the course of the next 5-6 days they built the new deck based on my plans. It was executed perfectly and looked just like I had imagined it would be. It's been up since 2012 and is still sturdy, and everything has held up very well. I requested CertainTeed composite decking and they were able to get all of the parts without any problems. During construction they found a but of water rot in some of the wood of the house under where the old deck attached to the house. They replaced all of the wood and added a couple of other measures to keep water out for no additional charge. Dan is very responsive and professional. He is honest and up front on costs and timeframes. I would trust them to work with me again.

He does what is asked and you can leave when he is working in your home without any fear. If he has to contract some help he has researched these people for their quality of work, integrity. He is neat, cleans up everyday. I do not use anyone else for any project.
