Newberry Sump Pump Installation

From day one we had amazing service. The Salesmen Bill, the Project Manger Perry and all the guys doing all the work.  They were professional, VERY helpful with what we could do and should do. We are new home buyers and relied on advice from everyone and they were great with waiting for us to make decisions about what was best.  We had surprise issues come up the day of work and they were helpful on how to fix it and were patient while it was fixed. They went above and beyond with helping us stretch our budget to get the most done. They cleaned up after themselves each day and explained what they did and had to do the next day so we were fully aware of what was going on. All in all I hope I never have to use them again because now my house is perfect and won't ever need any other work ever right?!? Yeah, right!  I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call again and will tell others of how awesome they are!

They were great-The crew that came here-( John-Dave and Richie) went above and beyond- they were polite-knew all about their system and answered all questions-fixed a few other problems that I asked that weren't in contract-they were great with my little dog and careful not to ruin anything- They explained everything and I always knew what was happening! I was impressed!

Everything went very well. Done in excellent time and efficiency. Very professional. First time used this company but will definitely hire again when needed.

the employees arrived when expected, there was a problem with the current sump pump, which they recommended a solution. We were happy with the outcome. the back up system works great. Gives us peace of mind when we are away during stormy weather!

The workers were prompt to arrive, cleaned up after themselves (and it was a messy job), and finished on time.  I have not had water in the basement since, and what a relief it is!  CUS68

I called Tim about having a sump pump replaced. He told me exactly what he would do and what the cost would be. I also mentioned a faucet problem and he said he'd take a look at it . The appointment was made for the next day. Tim called the morning of the appointment to let me know he would be a little late. He arrived and got to work replacing the pump, cleaning out the crock, checking the check valve and testing the system to make sure it worked as it should. He signed and dated the owner's manuel and gave it to me when he first arrived, telling me the benefits of the pump he was installing. Next he repaired the leaky faucet. He explained what he did with each job and was very thorough in answering any questions I had. The cost was what he said it would be and less than I had expected to pay.

Plumber always arrives as scheduled, performs above and beyond my expectations--leaves everything as he finds it.

The service person shows up as agreed, works efficiently and professionally, and always cleans up the work area.

Excellently.  First of all, the initial visit to determine problem and solution was made clear.  The gentleman was not too pushy, but did tout the uniqueness of the Dry system.  I worked as support staff for a waterproofing company for about 6 years, so I was impressed by the thoroughness of the system.  The workmen that came out were very clear on what they would do, step by step, were very explanatory, polite, going over details as much as we needed, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Daily  they were punctual and worked their tails off!  The foreman and all workers were very cheerful and polite.  They seemed to really enjoy their work, and even explained the benefits of working for the company.  The foreman seemed to have a pretty tight-knit crew.  The clean up afterwards was excellent.  Due to the outside excavation around the foundation, shrubs and plants had to be moved.  They were very meticulous in keeping in good shape what I wanted to keep, and even helped discard overgrown shrubs and cleaning up the branches and stumps.  I truly believe that they went above and beyond, and we had nothing but an excellent experience.
