Greenville Tile Flooring Installation

Assman's is not as cheap as big box stores, however it is my belief that you get what you pay for.  From choosing from their wide selection of tile through the design and installation process, they were totally professional, punctual and did a beautiful job.  As soon as my budget allows, I will contract them to install hardwood floors throughout my living area and bedrooms.  I look forward to dealing with them again.

I am posting this because I am saddened to see that this con artist has taken his work to Texas. Be sure to check out the pictures I have posted of the "work" Helix Rubio, Rubio's Flooring did in our home in Michigan before he relocated to TX. I uploaded those photos to this site for all to see. The damage to our home was extensive. The tile does not meet the wall trim in many areas, the transitions from one room to the next are incomplete. They literally just cut the tile and left the rough cut. They cut our steel door and left a gap apx 2" from door to floor. The grout work is paper thin in some areas and a nickel wide right next to it. They cut the sold wood trim of our door ways WAY to high and there is a huge gap from floor to trim. This was custom done trim work too. We had to take Rubio's to court but they no showed as they had "moved" to TX. In MIchigan small claims court has a limit of just around $5.000.00 which of course we have not seen a penny of. The reality is hiring this company has cost us apx $10,000.00. That money being the money we paid Rubio's, the money to have it ripped out, the money to replace all of the sub-flooring that was ruined, new interior and exterior doors, trim and molding and then of course hiring a new company to install new flooring. We (I) made the poor decision to pay him when we hired him. He live in a very small town, he was a home town guy coming back to raise his family and gave us a sad story about how the last home owner screwed him over and how he was struggling. We knew many people that knew him and wanted to help this young family get re-established. He was smooth, convincing and very personable. A true con artist. When the work was complete we could only check it out through a doorway because you couldn't walk on the tile yet of course and the room being done was down a hallway also tiled. Please feel free to message me via yelp if you have any questions or need help establishing his pattern for a pending court case....... I am in touch with MANY people in our local area that were taken advantage of and have thousands of dollars in damage to their homes. This "job" was in June 2016. I hope this review will save others from going through what we did. I wish I could post photos of this, you would be appalled.

Came and provided accurate estimate of service cost. Work completed in timely fashion; minor (2 day) delay due to family circumstances/funeral. High quality work, excellent installation, NO cracks in tile or grout 2 years later. Kept house clean during process, attentive to detail, laid drop cloths and used back door to minimize tracking of dirt and mud into house. Also reduced price since we ripped up the rug and prepped subfloor ourselves.

Great Job from start to finish! I was working first 2 days and Joseph kept me updated and informed on progress with texts and pics! He ripped out tile, vinyl, repaired subfloor, leveled subfloor and installed vinyl plank, base board and quarter round for nearly 1200 sq ft.....all done in 3 days!!! Highly recommend!!

Red Rose has a very clean and nice showroom.  I was impressed with the variety of flooring and different company's that he carries. He has so many selections that it takes sometime to choose what to go with.  Dave who is the owner was very generous with his time with helping me understand all the differences in price point and selection. I ordered flooring and scheduled him to install it.  He was very understanding when it came to us not being able to move "big" furniture pieces all the way out of the room.  He kindly work around this and moved the heavy items to install the flooring at no extra charge AND MOVED THEM BACK INTO PLACE !! :-)  That is what I call red carpet service.  Flooring looked wonderful and I would recommend this company and Dave to anyone who is interested in new flooring of any kind.  They do Ceramic Tile, Wood Flooring, Carpet , Fiber Floor, Cork Flooring.  You name it and they seem to carry it. In the end This company made the process of getting new flooring installed so much easier than what I had experienced before that I will be upgrading flooring in some of my other rooms soon.  And I will be using them again.

We extended our hardwood floors into an adjoining room. Fred refinished the old floors and stained and finished the new portions. You cannot tell where the old floor stops and the new floor begins. GREAT JOB! I cannot tell you how happy I am with his work and very little dust.

I had to replace flooring in my home due to a water pipe burst into getting in my living room. I looked at a couple of other suppliers, but the service and selection was far better than anywhere else visited. Elvis was so helpful in showing me sample, after sample, after sample... Elvis was so knowledgeable about the types of floors, the quality, and what would look good in my house. The price was better than expected. I will be going with World of Floors for my next flooring needs.

Eddie was very professional in his immediate returning of phone calls to obtain estimate. Eddie worked around my schedule and got the floor done within the timeline. The wood floor in the 100 year old kitchen looks beautiful.

He saved us a ton of $ by repairing just two planks of flooring instead of refinishing the entire floor. You can't even tell the difference now!

I couldn't be happier! Alex did a great job! Timely, professional, and the price was fair especially since the quality of the work was exceptional. I will definitely be using his services again.
