Greenville Hardwood Floor Refinishing

We extended our hardwood floors into an adjoining room. Fred refinished the old floors and stained and finished the new portions. You cannot tell where the old floor stops and the new floor begins. GREAT JOB! I cannot tell you how happy I am with his work and very little dust.

I couldn't be happier! Alex did a great job! Timely, professional, and the price was fair especially since the quality of the work was exceptional. I will definitely be using his services again.

Lamb craft came as a referral, the owner showed pics from previous projects which looked impressive so we decided to award them the project, we agreed on a price, before the project began the owner insisted on a 50% down cash so they could purchase supplies which I thought was a little odd ( first flag ) they were a few days late from the original start date ( second flag ) the crew arrived to do the project but not the owner which made me feel uncomfortable we were told he would be there to make sure things were on task...he wasn't long story short the quality was marginal, the job was rushed and we were told there would be three coats of finish, only two were applied and it was done after hours by the owner again rushed, they used a wood filler that is now coming up in sharp chunks and the only remedy to fix would be to redo the floors from the beginning which means having to remove all the furniture once again, I have a call into the owner but have yet to here back from him.....not feeling real confident at this point

The work completed by Fantastic Floors was exactly as they had stated in the proposal. Work was completed on time, on budget and the finished product was great. They came in after the previous contractor had improperly installed the floors, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Rocky was great to deal with - I would use them again in a heartbeat.

He saved us a ton of $ by repairing just two planks of flooring instead of refinishing the entire floor. You can't even tell the difference now!

BEWARE....paid Jedediah Smith of Wood Floor Redo over $3,500.00 and he abandoned the job prior to completion. He lied repeatedly--from owning his own equipment to progress on the job. He also stiffed a rental company in Ludington where he rented a floor sander. He left the 2nd sander that was rented on his behalf at the job racking up rental fees with no intent of returning or paying for it. I was patient and trusting throughout a long ordeal with Jed Smith with many barriers and delays only to result in having a job that was not completed. I have hired another contractor to complete the work and will be pursuing legal action against Jedediah Smith. Do NOT consider this person or this company. Dishonest and unreliable. He has left a trail of scammed customers.

We recently purchased an old (166 year old) house which HAD pine floors that were in horrible condition. We had initially been told by another company that there was not much that could be done to improve the extremely worn, scuffed, uneven appearance. I did some additional research and based off of the excellent reviews, decided to get in contact with Kapalua floors for a second opinion. Joe showed up on time for our initial consultation, was friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was obvious that he took pride in his company and their services and assured us that they would be able to successfully refinish our floors. Cut to the chase, we could not be more happy with the end results. James and John did such an excellent job we could not believe the complete transformation that had taken place when they were done. We recently had family and friends over for a housewarming party and several family members who had seen the floors before thought we had them entirely replaced. We received so many compliments by our guests, especially by those who had seen the floors before and were completely shocked at how great they turned out. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work Joe and his crew did and would highly recommend them to anyone. We have had many different people/companies in our house to do different jobs and this was by far the most professional and impressive company/people we have worked with.

Garth Ellis was great and charged a very fair price. He performed meticulous work, stayed on schedule, and the quality of his work and materials is outstanding. I highly recommend him.

Eddie was very professional in his immediate returning of phone calls to obtain estimate. Eddie worked around my schedule and got the floor done within the timeline. The wood floor in the 100 year old kitchen looks beautiful.
