The nice (Polish? Russian? Slovak?) cleaning ladies arrived on time and set to work. I had a little difficulty communicating--only one of them understood English somewhat and spoke it even less. Nevertheless, they were quite industrious and for the most part got the place sparkling. I had a time limit, so I imagine they might have done an even better job if they weren't rushed. My realtor paid for the service, so I don't know what it cost. The ability to communicate was important in this case because the refinished tub had to be cleaned with the exact product I provided in order to avoid ruining the surface. They got the point, but I was a little worried that maybe they didn't.
