The repair person (Fred) came to my home on time with all the tools and equipment necessary to perform the job. He answered all my questions, performed the job efficiently and effectively and then cleaned up the job site well. He even made the extra effort to check the springs and chains on the garage door openers which was above and beyond the original job. I thank them for their service.

Chris installed keypad locks in our previous home and so, when we moved, we called on him again. He installed keypad locks for three different exterior doors in our new home and keyed the override keys for all of them to be one key, including rekeying the one door we did not have a keypad installed on. Chris was early, professional, very helpful in matching existing hardware so we didn't have to buy a new door handle, just lock for one of the doors. Highly recommend Majestic, thanks, Chris!

Rob called and left me VM of approx time of arrival, showed up on time, corrected the problem, and made a recommendation for an additional fix ( replace rollers ) for a fair price. He also oiled all the joints and springs, explained when and how to maintain them, and made sure the door functioned properly from the wall keypad, outdoor keypad, and handheld openers before he left. Quick and pleasant, plus did it all w/o waking the baby from their nap!

My 20-year old garage door opener malfunctioned so I called Tarnow Doors who installed the door and opener originally. They came out the next day at the appointed time and determined that the opener needed to be replaced. The technician explained that the opener could be repaired but the cost for parts and labor would be the same if not more than installing a new unit. He installed the new unit and hauled away the old one. After installation, he lubricated the door hinges and bearings. He also installed a keypad entry which we didn't have before. The technician demonstrated how to use all of the new devices and answered all my questions. All the work was done for the price originally quoted.
