Mr. Kerner was very professional, courteous, and so was any helper he brought in with him. He did a wonderful job, was meticulous and did not cut corners. He stayed long hours, making sure to fulfill deadlines, cleaned up the work area when the job was finished. His work is impressive, strong structures, careful details. After he was done, he even was conscientious to the point of organizing the wood leftovers that would be picked up for discard by the main contractor crew (which operate the trailer and remove the debris from the jobsite), to make it easier for them and to make the yard less cluttered for us. Even when the contractor forgot to give him some essential information, that affected the angle in which the staircase needed to be done (to leave room for installation of a medical lift to be coming later on), causing him to have to dismantle part of the structure and rebuild it, Mr. Kerner never manifested discontentment, keeping to himself any frustration that anyone would feel in his place, having to undo and redo part of his work - which is no ta common quality I have found with contractors, usually very vocal and not too careful about it - He was always mindful of his language, which was very considerate and respectful, and I would, and will, consider him for any job we may need done in the future.
