My shower drain was clogged and not draining even after using drain cleaner. Rotorooter technician augered out the drain but that didn't fix it. Then he left and said someone would else would have to try. Told me they would come that night but no one came finally call around 8 saying they'd reschedule for tomorrow between 10-2. I called them at 2:00 they called me back said they were behind but would definitely be out that day. 5:00 came around and no called so I called back and they told me it wouldn't be until tomorrow now. I cancelled any additional service at that point was not worth my time cancelling plans and waiting around all day for them not to show up

Total price was $88 (hourly rate) + $15 (parts) - $25 (Angie's List discount) = $78. $88/hour is a reasonable hourly rate for a plumber. I would use them again

But really I paid $40 to Angie's List to get $40 off my plumbing service. The plumber was very fast and responsive; the day I bought it he called within an hour. Then they were out here within 48 hours. I had to pay additional charges so I did not really save any money. He was going to leave and not charge me for the faucet issue because it only took him about a minute to do. I also had him clear out a shower drain upstairs and I was charged $220 for that. I thought their prices were a little high but they were a responsive

The Technician, Charlie Knapp, arrived promptly - after calling to confirm appointment and arrival time. Put on his protective "booties" and gave me clear estimates for the work needed. I added several tasks to the list that I did not mention when I made the appointment, but he didn't act surprised or inconvenienced at all. He proceeded to do the tasks without delays. The toilet needed a part that he didn't have in his truck, so he left for a while to get it. He apologized for the delay, which was very considerate and polite.He asked me to check his work and finished the paperwork quickly and efficiently. It went well. They were unable to unclog it so I was able to use all my faucets upstairs. I was left though with another drain issue in my downstairs shower, but the cost for that was an additional 180.00 and I was unable to afford over 700.00 dollars in one visit. I felt as though the service men were here to alleviate my draining issues and was under the assumption that is was all one issue. I was unable to get the shower drain fixed. With that being said the service I did receive for the service they did was fine

It went fantastic! I could not have asked for a better company to work with than Kemphaus! Based on our limited knowledge of the area, we first had a large name plumbing company (who I shall not name) come out to take a look. They quoted us over $5,000 just to the absolute basic work (of reattaching the main drain to the septic tank) required to fix the problem. We ended up calling around, and found Kemphaus. After calling, they were out to take a look very quickly—based all around our schedule. After evaluating the situation for free, they were able to identify the issue. Ralph was honest about the amount of work needed, and to do more than the big name company, he quoted us 1/3 of the price! Once we agreed, they began work immediately. They fixed the issue, but also saw were we had a continued problem needing addressed. They spend over two days out here to fix the issue, and did a considerable amount of work. After all was said and done, the final bill for both issues was half the price of what the other guys had quoted us just for a simple fix! They went above and beyond to ensure we were not ripped off, and had quality work done. They had us come look at each thing they were doing and explain it to us so we could see the issue ourself! Ralph and his guys were quick, professional, nice, honest, and did minimal damage to my yard! We will DEFINITELY be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future

What I thought was a minor fix actually turned into a bit more work than I anticipated. They had to cut out a small part of my subfloor to install a new drain...this was way over my experience level. Narrow Path did an excellent job with the new drain. They were also very good about cleaning up after the drain was installed. I plan on using them for all my future plumbing needs

Clean up after he left left something to be desired, but for the last 6 months there were not any problems. However the drain recently needed to be snaked and the rubber boot that the plumber used to repair the initial developed a pinhole leak. I called the 24/7 number this morning about two hours ago and was directed to Voicemail. Still not reply. One of the initial reasons I chose this plumber was the 24/7 availability

Jacob Lemke who did the work was kind, sympathetic, professional, and honest. Excellent. Plumber, Aaron, wore shoe coverings, was on time, and got the job done professionally. The quote, which he gave on arrival after looking at the job, was much lower than I expected. He did some copper water line modifications, added a couple angle valves, and a feedwater tap for my new reverse osmosis water system. Will definitely use Eckel again

The tech. Sonny, from Midwestern Plumbing arrived within 2 hours of our call, and proceeded to auger through the blocked drain line. Although the blockage was cleared, the water was not draining as well as expected. Sonny proceeded to check the cavitette tank in our yard and found that it was full. This meant that there was another blockage between the cavitette and the main sewer line out in the street. Midwestern does not pump out septic systems, so Sonny gave us the names of several other companies that do that work. Since the day after Thanksgiving is not considered normal business hours by Midwestern Plumbing, they normally charge $360.00. Because we needed additional work done to solve our drainage issues they gave us a reduced rate of $250. which was appreciated. We called another company who came out later the same day and pumped out the cavitette, and then hydro-jetted the drain line from there to the street, finally solving our problem. This work cost an additional $570.0

Fine. I had attempted to do it myself. Apparently I must have had my manual snake going up the pipe instead of down. Taught me how to figure that out. Cleaned out the drain. Very nice very professional guy. Only complaint is that I understand a trip fee if you don't have work done but when you do have work done the trip fee should be dropped. 250. For snaking one pipe which took all of 15 minutes is a lot

Schneller came to diagnose the issue. I thought the AngieList deal ($100 gets you $200 of service) would cover the cost of them to diagnose the issue. But Schneller invoiced me for $425.00, just to diagnose the issue. So that's $325.00 out of pocket (with the AnglieList deal applied) just for them to diagnose the issue. In schneller's defense, they did have to cut a whole in the neighbor below me's ceiling, to diagnose the issue. A whole that they did not patch. Schneller told me I would have to work out getting the whole patched with my neighbor. Luckily my neighbor is a handy-man, and was able to patch his ceiling himself. What's worse, after the diagnosing the problem, they told me I needed to replace all the piping, and they estimated it would cost $2,500.00. My neighbor and I ended up fixing the leak ourselves with some gutter-sealant and $20 in parts. Yea it's a jerry-rig fix, but the seal will probably last 20 years. Scnheller employees that arrived were professional, but their prices are just way too high

First attempt I said I would finish the repair due to no oiled-bronze finish on the drain cover. My efforts resulted in a leaking drain assembly, however Wake came back and repaired my mistake for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!
