Parker Landscape Management Inc
We hired Parker Landscape to install a sprinkler system for our lawn. After we paid them in full, they left with the last part of the project unfinished and never came back. They didn't obtain a permit from the city before starting the project. We later received an order from the city asking for explanation. Parker Landscape promised to resolve the issue with the city and send us a copy of the paperwork afterwards. Three weeks have passed, and we have not received any document from Parker Landscape. They are VERY irresponsive. We tried to contact them so many times, by phone, email, and mail, and we did NOT get any response. They just ignored us.

We built a house in the Topeka Kansas area and the builder arranged for a sprinkler system to be installed. Luxury lawn did a terrible job in installing this sprinkler system. We had some areas of the lawn that were dry and others that looked like a swamp. After 3-4 times of them sending out a very rude serviceman who would argue with us on everything we wanted done, we finally called another local company who came out and gave us an estimate on fixing the problems. We were willing to pay almost $400.00 to another company than to have those people at our house again. The new company told us that this was not the first time that they have been called out to fix problems from an installation by luxury lawn.

Recent Review: Lawrence Landscape had laid the original sprinkler system over 10 years ago, but still had the diagram of where the line ran under the driveway. That helped them to find the brken pipe and to bore under the driveway to replacehte pipe and hte electrical wire, saving us the cost of digging up the drivway. They were very professional and took care wih the garden areas along the driveway. Complete testing followed the installation of the new line.
