Our Jenn Air wall oven started malfunctioning on Sunday the 24th. The broiler element would not shut off. I researched the issue on the internet and was able to find similar issues and all of the possible scenarios / fixes from least expensive to most expensive. On Monday morning I did a quick search on Angie's List and noticed the large amount of positive reviews for Turner so I thought I would give them a call. They were very responsive on the phone and could have a repair technician out that afternoon. She told me his name was Thomas and that he would be there between 1 pm & 3 pm and that he would call me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. She explained all of the standard service charges and what I should expect. Very well done. Thomas called me at approximately 12:30 and said he would be there in 30 minutes. He showed up at 1pm. Very professional and friendly. He went right to work after I explained the problem. Without even discussing it he followed the various scenarios I mentioned above starting with the least expensive, checking them off as he went along. He determined it was the control board for the oven. He immediately called their parts distributor, asked for price and availability, discussed it with me and then secured the part. He said that he would have the part within 24 hours and that the office would call and re-schedule him to install the board and finish the repair. They called within an hour and scheduled Thomas to come back the next day between 2 - 4 pm. Thomas called ahead of schedule and was able to be there by 1:30 pm which was fine with me. He went right to work, installed the board and then verified that everything was functioning correctly. I paid him via a credit card as they use electronic swipe connected to his mobile device which is very nice. Honestly this could not have worked out better in my opinion and I would certainly use them again as well as recommend them to others.
