Fantastic! We originally called to have someone come out to give us an estimate on restoring power to two rooms that lost power after a lightning strike in our yard. Lyle came out. After stating the upfront $125 diagnostic fee, he checked the house's electric panel for power and then starting checking receptacles. He quickly diagnosed a lose wire, tightened it, and power was restored!!! So thankful! Then we asked him to give us quotes on a few electrical problems that we had. He quickly diagnosed and fixed what he could, and he gave us a quote for the rest. My husband & I were so impressed and very thankful!

The gentleman that answered the phone was efficient and accommodating. He originally said that he couldn't come until Thursday, calling Monday. When he realized that we were on his way to work he stopped by the next morning, replaced the circuit breakers and saved us money in parts. He was quick and courteous and had our electric back in less than half an hour. We had no electricity in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I would definitely use this service again.

They arrived on time and very professionally dressed. Bill was extremely curteous and friendly. I explainied the situation and he looked at the issues downstairs. He fixed my dryer outlet and let me know what else he found. He explained some existing conditions unrelated to the lightning strike. He wrote out an estimate free of charge for the additional work he saw. There was no push to do it but he honestly let me know about the issues. He also showed me that he is licensed throughout the state which really impressed me. The work was done properly but also he was personable and answered my questioned while completing his work. Would definitely call All Phase when other Electrical issues come up

Without a professional assessment, we did not feel safe in a house struck by lightning and still smelling of smoke. The loss of the AC alone would have made for a miserable night. We made a call to Robert's, and my husband could tell from his conversation with their dispatch they were concerned for our safety as well. They responded immediately, sending the son over - even though he was on his way home from his last job. This was the fastest response I have ever seen from an electrician. He immediately assessed the damage, made repairs, and brought the circuits and the AC back on line. He was fast and very competent. We felt very lucky.

They showed up on time to the appointment and completed the job in about an hour. When the technician installed the unit, he cut a hole in my wall and never patched it. When lightning struck around our home in the spring of 2013, it broke the air conditioner compressor and a lot of the electronics inside the home including a television and computers. It was not a good investment and I wouldn't purchase one of these surge protectors again.
