After some HVAC issues, we were told that we would need the coil replaced, but that our home warranty would cover it. After a second visit we were once again told that our home warranty would cover the cost. Day of repair, I am given a bill for $415. After I explained that I did not agree to the charges the repairman told me he could not finish the repair without a signature and payment. After signing and paying, I ask the repairman how long it will take to finish and he states, "I'm already finished. I just had to tell you that so we could get paid". I will definitely be making calls to our home warranty company and the greenway office on Monday. If our home warranty requires that we use Greenway, I will be canceling our policy.
