This is the most understanding man I have ever met. He gave me an estimate that was a tenth of what i thought anyone would charge me for the service that needs to be done. I figured it was going to be 3,000 - he said he would charge $375.00. He has to pick up the stuff, load his outfit, and drive many miles to do the job. It is going to take him HOURS to pick up all that stuff and dump it. He even said he would check to see if other land fills would let him dump for free so he could make it even cheaper for me. You couldn't ask for anyone that is more willing or compassionate. He really gets a triple A rating!

Gone For Good
The overall service went very well. The workers all worked very hard and were diligent about getting as much stuff in the truck as possible. The only set back we had was that I thought we had an agreement where if I wanted to upgrade the truck, they could still do it at the coupon price. That wasn't the case, but other than that, everything turned out great.

They came in, completed the work in what I thought was super fast, it took them a few partial days. They hauled all the old building materials away. Every time I came home from work I had neighbors in my yard staring at my french doors. (They love them but probably not as much as me.)

Handyman Matters was on time and able to take care of a variety of tasks in one visit. Their craftsman did an excellent job: high-quality work and excellent service. He was very careful to be thorough and to leave each work site clean and tidy. I would be happy to refer Handyman Matters to my friends. I have already scheduled their next visit; I have more tasks that need to be done around my house.

Definitive Landscapes & Concrete, LLC
Did not provide us a written estimate as requested. Verbal estimate very loose-$800-$1200 but actual service ended up being $1600. Charged separately for hauling clippings which should be included in services at $54 an hour. No itemized final billing. Owner came at end of job to collect payment only. Did not bring all fill rock promised after they were paid. Friendly but not terribly trustworthy, we were very disappointed since we had found them recommended on Angie's List. Have since found they are most expensive in Valley. We have ongoing landscaping, year round but will not use them again. Just terribly disappointed with whole experience. Really wanted them to work out. We are retired and on fixed income...this hurt.

The aforementioned reinforcements in an area with heavy vegetation were not part of the original plan, but J Belloff and Sons took on this additional task without hesitation. As well, they changed the direction that the gate swings into our yard immediately when I mentioned that I would prefer this. These guys are a pleasure to work with. They are prompt, skilled, courteous, flexible and a real pleasure to have around. Additionally, they offered sound advice about construction decisions when I consulted them about another project

It was totally awful hes a true con artist thats done this before and is in court all the time. The day I took him to court he was already their in a preceding before mine. Just no good at all. AVOID TRIPLE A PLUMBING AND HERMAN GOVAN HE WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO RIP YOU OFF.

Recent Review: Crew of 2 showed up on time. Discussed our plan. Excess junk in the basement and garage bordering on hoarding. The guys worked hard to get rid of what I needed removed. Very professional. Gave me suggestions for doing a more thorough clean out. Filled a truck. Off it went! So grateful to them! This was a real value. I will use them again once I get the rest organized. Told me if we put what we want in one part of the basement or garage they would handle the rest - including any trash. Would definitely recommend them.
