Hayden Vinyl Siding Installation

Justin was amazing at listening to all my concerns, giving me good pricing, and following through with everything that was asked of him. He went above and beyond with the issues that arose to help fix them correctly. He even fixed some roofing the last roofing company didn’t do correctly. I would highly recommend him!! He did a beautiful job on our home!

The crews were punctual and worked every day until the job was complete. I have a craftsman house on the south hill with a number of beams to cover. The front door turned out nearly perfect, and the siding was installed beautifully. It was a difficult project because the house has settled at least three inches on one side, making it difficult to make the siding look straight. Yet they took great care to make the roof and the windows line up properly. The beams were covered well. Everything turned out very nice.

We hired a different local contractor to replace vinyl siding on our home. It became quite clear, after seeing their work that they did not know what they were doing. I hired Matt from All Seasons Exterior to do an inspection on their installation and because of this I was able to have the contractors fix their mistakes. Kudos to Matt.- He is the guy I should have used in the first place.

They were very nice, but they could not help me as the will only do repairs on siding that they had installed but they did give me a name and number of someone that they recommended. I did call these people and they were very good came out and gave me a bid which was very reasonable. I was just impressed with this company because they still wanted to help me even tho I was not using them.

Our siding was beyond disgusting. It was the original put on in 1972 when the house was built. There were many areas that were warped, and decaying, with lots of bees nests under the warped sections. I wish I could post pictures so you could get an idea of just how bad it was. After finding Inland here on Angieslist, I called them. Mark texted me back almost immediately (it was late in the evening) and said he'd call me the next day. True to his word, he called me the next day and scheduled an in home appointment for an after hours appointment, since my wife and I both work during the day. He provided a very detailed bid and left NOTHING out. He gave me some worst case scenarios, if some of the underlayment needed to be replaced, and also offered some other options (insulated foam board, for one). In the end we opted to go without the foam board. After picking our colors, and agreeing to the bid, he said he'd have to check his stock and let us know exactly when he could get us on the schedule. He called the next day and said he could fit us in TOMORROW, or he'd have to wait after something else they already had on the calendar, and it'd be 3 weeks out. We opted for NOW!! :) A couple of guys showed up that afternoon, dropped off a bunch of supplies, and John (the installer) was there the next morning, getting to work. The work took 3 weeks as expected. John was fantastic. Very friendly, and very detailed gentleman. Just all around a great guy, and a pleasure to work with. I'm not sure if Mark ever sleeps, but he was ALWAYS there for us, day or night, weekends too. Not that we had any problems, but he was always eager to work around our schedule, and did it quickly. The job is completed and it looks like a brand new house! We couldn't be happier! My only suggestion is that no matter what Mark and John get paid from Inland roofing... these guys deserve a raise! A++

Exteriors unlimited was amazing to work with. They worked with my schedule to do the windows in the fall, and the siding in the spring. The windows were upgraded from Single Pane woden windows to Energy Effecient windows. They gave me several price options so I could pick the one that fit my budget the best. They were quick to resolve a window change in my bathroom. Siding review. They replaced all of my siding, and Soffit and Fascia, and looks like a new house. About a month after they completed the siding I noticed a puncture hole in my siding from a rock or stick. I called them for repair and they were able to come out the same week and fix the siding for at a very reasonable cost. All the installers were friendly, courteious, and kept me informed each day. Each day the site was cleaned and organized when they left. I've recommened them to anyone that may be looking for siding.

While my experience with the sales and financing staff was excellent, the sub-contractor they sent out to do the work was difficult to work with. He was up against the challenge of working after snow had fallen, but I don't feel that excuses his unprofessional lapses from a customer service point of view. He failed to put down tarps to capture nails & small debris, which is now embedded in my yard making mowing unsafe. He blocked access to my only handicapped-accessable egress, despite my very clear advise that I would need to get out for post-surgical appts using my knee scooter. He almost killed the small tree in front by burying it under old siding debris before I caught the oversight. The quality of the installation was top-notch; no complaints there; but I fell getting down the driveway due to lack of room to roll the weight-bearing scooter I was using which set back my surgical recovery 4 weeks. All because he felt it was impossible to shift his work table over 2 feet to one side of my driveway rather than leaving it dead center of the cleared area. Reve did have someone call in November 2017 to follow-up, and after I expressed my concerns about remaining debris they said they would come back with a nail rake. They still haven't, and it didn't snow for another couple weeks after that visit. Reve supervisory staff has stated they won't use that contractor again, but I have no way of know if that is true. I sure hope not, as he completely ruined what would have otherwise been an excellent experience.

They do excellent work! They are reasonably priced and they clean up after themselves. They back up their work and I have never been so pleased with a company before. I would recommend them to anyone.

We could not have asked for a better person or company to work with. Dennis took excellent care of us every step of the way, from consulting on materials and color ways to planning and execution. His staff was friendly, professional and kept a clean job site. The entire job was done within two weeks which considering the amount of work was impressive. I believe Dennis still shows prospective clients the before and after of our home as it really was a dramatic change. I highly recommend this company for your windows and siding project.

Honestly going into the reconstruction was hideously scary, I had no idea what to expect. My mother being blind and I only being nineteen, we were accepted into a house remolding program for low income home owners giving us a low interest loan to get the much needed work done that our little house was desperately in need of, and not wanting to be taken advantage of because even with the loan this money was hard to come by? we set forth on what we were told was going to be a rollercoaster ride. After accepting Elite?s bid we quickly found that we weren?t living a horror story but rather a fairytale, and even my Uncle Dave (who deals with real-estate on a daily basis) was impressed as he kept his protective eye hovering over the project. Sergey seemed to know exactly what we wanted, as my mom described how she saw everything in her mind, and let us in on everything that was going on and how it was happening taking time to describe every detail to my mom so she could understand without her sight. The workers were very mindful to watch out for my mother and keeping their tools up because of her blindness, and even stopped what they were doing to help guide her away from any dangers or harm. They easily got along with our pets (which isn?t always easy with a chubby pig) and still seemed to work hard, proficiently, and creatively. The workers were a pleasure to have in our home and trustworthy in the highest regard and the effects are stunningly beautiful, no one comes into our home without mentioning the beauty of our kitchen or their envy of our new cupboards. The work was of the highest quality, for they took pride in everything they did? the man who did our cupboards (Val) explained to me in one conversation that kitchens were his art form, he couldn?t go into a kitchen (or house) without redesigning it in his mind to take the most advantage of the space offered. All of elites work is guaranteed through the longest warranties that Sergey could find and offer and whenever we ran into a problem he was only one phone call away, answering promptly and taking care and charge of the situation immediately? I really feel that through Elite construction our guardian angels were looking after us.
