Action electric was very professional, on time and efficient. They also offered advice on some internal lighting issues that I was having. They were so willing to listen and to answer all my questions about lighting and electricity. I really appreciated their recommendations. Great service!!! ( I can't remember the exact cost, but it doesn't matter. It was worth whatever it cost!)

Called several places in the week of Jan. 1 and the few that returned the call quoted outrages prices for a small electrical job. After reading Mountain States Electric reviews I gave them a call. They were friendly and willing to help. Mountain States Electrical send an electrician to my home the next day. He was courteous, honest and knew his profession. The job was completed under an hour. Their fees are very reasonable compared to other places. I would highly recommend Mountain States Electric to any family, friends and acquaintances. I will use them again in the future for other jobs. Job well done.

We have been incredibly impressed with Valley Electric. We have had them do approximately $3700.00 over 3 periods of work for us. Tim, owner, comes out each time we want work done to provide a bid.  He is very professional, on time, explains work clearly. His workers are polite, on time, professional, get the work done efficiently. I will be calling them in the future for all electrical work. Thank you, guys, for everything. We appreciate it. I received 2 bids prior to hiring Mainstream. The other electricians told us we were "opening a can of worms" by messing with our nob and tube wiring. The told us they would have to open up walls all over our house and they would not do any wall repairs (our walls are lath and plaster so I knew the mess this could become). Mainstreams quote was less than the other guys, and they said they would not have to damage the walls. They came out, they did the job, and only had to drill one 4" diameter hole in a wall, and otherwise were able to rewire most of the upstairs without any damage. The cleaned up after themselves every day and they have a policy of working until the job is done, so they worked until 9:00 at night on two of the days (with our approval) and completed a pretty extensive job in 3 days. 3 electricians worked at our house over the course of the project (usually all at the same time) and they were all courteous, professional and as clean as possible. One night when they were there until after 9 the insisted on thoroughly vacuuming before they left. The job was completed on budget and turned out great. Update: We hired Mainstream again for the installation of a whole house fan (which is fantastic) and a kitchen remodel in the summer of 2010. We received the same great service, project completed in a timely manner, they had figured in all possible overages we might run into due to the age of our house and came in well under budget. They are an excellent company to work with.

He showed up at the time he said he would. He had to assemble the new fixtures and hang them. The fixtures were very heavy. He did a great job. We are very satisfied.

Ryan did great and we were pleased with his work and price. He was easy to communicate with. The job was well done and affordable too! Definitely recommend!

VPC installed new lighting in my kitchen. They did a great job and our kitchen looks 20 years newer. VPC did exactly what they said they would do, when they would do it and at the price that was quoted. Thanks again Tim and crew for a job well done.

Excellent. Did outstanding work and very pleased with his professional demeanor and site clean-up. Was surprise that worker did not ask for payment prior to leaving. Was advised the company had my address and would bill me. Received bill on Saturday, bill stated three (3) hours of labor $210.00 @( $70.00 per hour). However, employee arrived at 8:00 and departed at 10:25. This was not addressed by Rcik Carney, (Electric Smith Co), prior to having an electrician come out. However, Rick did advise a rate of $70.00 an hour minmun, should he get done in less than an hour. Paid the bill and called and spoke with Rick about being billed for three hours. Rick informed me the bill included drive time. So the three hours was correct. I was not informed of drive time billing prior to having the electrician come out and suggest they change their advisements and inform their customers of their drive time billing. Rick acknoowledged he did not inform me of this drive billing practice.

The provider was entirely professional from start to finish. Even during times of troubleshooting they remained diligent until the problem was solved. They created an atmosphere of trust and caring, also providing education for keeping everything running smoothly.  They also have a policy of rechecking after a year and beyond which I also found impressive.

Wes was fantastic.  Very polite.  He worked hard.  And he did a great job.  I highly recommend this company.  They do a great job for a fair price.
