We've been a Choice Home Warranty customer for about 2 years now and this is the 2nd claim we've had. Just like with our 1st claim, Choice was in touch with us within 15 minutes (by email and text) to confirm they had the work order. Within an hour, a service company was provided and we had an appointment for early the next morning (remember, it's southeast GA...a/c service companies are busy in late June). This was so much more responsive than a competitor we used to have a contract with (10+ days). The service technician arrived on time and got to work. He spent about an hour checking everything then told us what he was going to do to repair our system. Because of the age of our system, we opted to replace it rather than repairing it. The new install went well in blistering heat with the crew working in cramped quarters in the attic. I felt for them but they did a great job. The whole process from claim to diagnosis to install took less than 48 hours. We are absolutely happy with our home warranty and with the technician who came to help us.
