Called Rick on a Thursday evening and he arranged to have a technician come to our home first thing next morning. After diagnosing it was the compressor, they tried to rememedy the issue. When it was clear that the compressor was shot, they then called to see if the manufacturer warranty was still in force, which it wasn't. Only after exhausting these options did they recommend a new compressor. When I agreed to have them replace it, they had it done the next business day.
