Replaced sole plate, 2 studs, patched exterior stucco. Put up new insulation & drywall. located by Corner bay window. We had to wait till new roof was put on. Scott worked with our Schedule, and was very professional. Explained everything he was going to do. A real pleasure to work with. Would definitely use him again.

Brock who goes out & does the estimates (but not the actual work) was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was thorough in giving me specific names and addresses of people whose roofs they have recently replaced in our development, so that I could go and look at the work in person. He showed me all their certifications and awards. When I mentioned that the prices he gave me for the roofing alone were above what we could afford, in order to lower the roofing price, he put together several packages that combined roofing and other repairs. This still made the offers much more than we could afford and we turned them down. They appear to have a "monopoly" in our area of town. I might consider using the construction portion of their company for the other home repairs that are needed, but they need to be more open to negotiating their costs or they may lose more customers.

MR. KINNEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE WORK HE CONTRACTED WITH ME TO DO. HE WALKED OUT ON THE JOB, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS PAID FOR THE ENTIRE CONTRACT. MR. KINNEY ONLY PARTIALLY PAINTED A FEW OF THE ROOMS. HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO PREP, REPAIR WALLS, OR PAINT. BASICALLY, HE DID A VERY BAD JOB AND THEN WALKED OUT WHEN WE REFUSED TO PAY HIM MORE MONEY. I HAVE TO SUE HIM TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

They did a good job. They had a lot to do with building it up. They had to use a jackhammer to install metal panels and built the wall up. They installed wood blocks for the sea wall. It looks good!

When underground suprises presented themselves, shortcuts were never taken. All work was completed on time and with the highest level of professional competency.
