On 25 November 2013, we called Massey, when we learned that they also provided landscaping and irrigation system maintenance.[Massey handles our pest control, so we felt comfortable with them. Plus, every other company that we contacted was not interested in servicing us since we live in Ave Maria, Florida.] On 27 November 2013, Massey sent an Inspector, who assessed our problem. He determined that we had an underground leak in addition to the broken heads. A few days later, Massey called to schedule the work for 4 December 2014. Early on 4 December, the Massey Tech, Casey, arrived and made the agreed upon repairs. Before he left, he told us that he had made the repairs designated on the Work Order and that had stopped the majority of the leaks. But, he said that there appeared to be a leak somewhere. He said it was most likely being caused by a malfunction of a valve. After a few days, we determined that there still was a leak. We called Massey and spoke to Brian, who manages this type of work. He came to our house a few days later and solved our valve problem. | |We are Happy with the service that Massey provided and the fact that they made ALL of the necessary repairs at the originally estimated price. We understand that since the irrigation system is almost totally underground, it has too be nearly impossible to diagnose problems with the system !
