I plan to update this review later in the summer, hopefully the issues will have improved. Our HOA uses Mill Brothers to maintain common areas. They did respond promptly to the service call about a sprinkler malfunction. A rain sensor in a common area had been overridden by Mill Brothers this year. When it was not raining, the common area sprinklers over watered, leaving the grass squishy. When it rained, they still watered, forming standing pools of water along with slippery mud on a downhill slope. It does appear that the rain sensor has been turned back on, and hopefully, the pools and mud will dry up soon. When I talked to the landscapers in person, one was very argumentative and the other spat on the lawn several times. I continued to discuss options with them in spite of this so a solution could be reached that would stop the standing water and mud. I hope they can learn from this review, both in regards to the health risks of and alternatives to over watering and about training workers to be polite to customers and not spit.
