I was out of town when the new fence was installed. My new neighbor, who had the fence installed, had moved in a month prior and we had not exchanged contact information. When I spoke to my neighbor about fence installed on their property, the neighbor informed me that Kevin informed her that he would contact the neighbors about the fence installation. I let my neighbor know that I was not contacted about the fence installation. I was not contacted by Fences Done Right. There were no messages on my home phone about the fence installation. There were no notes left on my front door about the fence installation. If a letter was mailed, it would have been returned as I do not accept mail at the house. If Kevin could not reach me, he could have asked my other neighbor, impacted by the new fence, for my cell phone number. I asked my neighbor for the name of the fence contractor to see about having fence pickets installed on the side of the fence that faces my property. A "bad neighbor" fence was installed which shows the railings and fence posts facing my property. My neighbor does not object to me paying to have pickets put on the side of the fence facing my property. This would mitigate the new wood fence (unattractive) that I now have to view from my kitchen window, dining area, and family room. I called Kevin, and left my name and phone number in early August 2014. I asked him to call me about the fence installed on my neighbor's property. He has never called me back.
