Our bathroom renovation went great! From initial assessment and pricing through to the project cleanup, Dana Files with Condon Contracting was professional, meticulous, and receptive to our ideas on the final product. The project was completed on-time (actually a little early) and we are very happy. I would strongly recommend these guys for any remodel work - they will deliver for you and the prices are great also.

The project went very, very well. Bill recommended and ordered the granite countertop for my kitchen and master bath. His team of Nick and Trevor did the majority of the labor and were true perfectionists. They spent many hours putting in a marble backsplash in my kitchen and showed creativity in overcoming issues which arose due to the age of my house. They also painted, mended dry wall, installed sinks, a gas range, a garbage disposal, lighting and mirrors. They were very responsive and so easy to work with. This is the 2nd project I have contracted with WCH Improved Homes. I will be calling them for my next project and I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a contractor, we would highly recommend Dean Vardal.  Dean renovated our master bathroom and did a beautiful job.  We are extremely pleased with the final result.  Dean is professional, trustworthy, and respectful.  His attention to detail is unsurpassed and he is very good at communicating suggestions as well as concerns before and during the project.  He did all of the work in our home himself, so we didn?t have an endless stream of people coming and going.  He was also very patient when our cabinet order was delayed, which surely impacted his schedule.  He went above and beyond to keep his work areas clean and always picked up at the end of the day.  If you have to wait a bit before he can start on your project it?s because he is busy. Great! Angela Gosling came to our house to help us through the process of planning our new bathrooms, Joel Levy took measurements and coordinated things so that it would go smoothly, then an amazing installation guy named John Weber came out to do the job. He was able to get each bathroom done in about 3 days each (with work days ending around 5ish). He did the demo, plumbing, installation of shower/bath, floors, enlarging a shower, drywall, etc. He was very thoughtful, always inspecting items upon arrival, leaving one bathroom available while working on the other, attention to detail and making sure the job was done very well from start to finish. He tidied up after himself daily and always communicated when he’d be arriving the following day. He even made sure to let us know when would be best to paint so that we could paint between the drywall repairs and before the new floor, baseboards, shower, vanity, and toilet were installed. Painting was SO MUCH easier without anything in the way or the concern of getting paint on our new stuff. We had a very positive experience and feel so lucky to have had John Weber out to do the work. We’ve heard nightmare stories about remodeling contractors, but happily we didn’t experience anything but honest hard work from John. We feel like we walk into a fancy hotel bathroom when we use our bathrooms now!
