DREW MADE RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO WHAT TYPE OF FINISH HE COULD USE, THEN HE PURCHASED ALL SUPPLIES IN ADVANCE. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, ON TIME, THOROUGH, AND PLEASANT. HIS WORK SEEMS QUITE GOOD. HE REPAIRED A RATHER STRANGE PIECE OF ROTTED DECKING THAT WE HAD SO THAT IT MATCHED WELL. DREW EVEN RETURNED AND TOUCHED UP HIS WORK WHEN I FOUND A COUPLE OF SPOTS THAT HAD NOT GOTTEN THE FINISH.

Kelly power washed and re-stained our deck. His prices are reasonable and he did a great job! It is rare to find someone who is courteous, professional and on time. It went very well. Very courteous and professional. Kept completely informed of work. Cleaned up very well and the paint job was what was expected.

The house, arbor, shed and fence look beautiful. We're very happy with the overall quality of the job. They arrived when they said they would and left when they said they would, every day.  On the one occasion when rain was forecast they contacted us the day before to let us know they would not be here. When they left each day, they made every effort to put tools etc away and minimize the impact on us when they were not present.  Everyone was very friendly. Our crew, Adrian and Jose were very knowledgeable and professional. Noah, who came out to give us our estimate, was also very knowledgeable and professional. They made multiple passes with us to make sure we also considered the job complete. We would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors -- in fact, we already have!

There were some frustrating things working with them. He told us that he was going to come out and check things; then he just had his workers do that. They had power washed it before and there was still some mold and spider webs so we emailed him. He said they would take care of it and that the guys would brush off the mold and spider webs before they painted. We got the spider webs ourselves because we didn't want them painted in. Then they started painting over the mold and we asked them and they said they would scrub it. They scrubbed some of it but they didn't get all of it.

Andrew Hall at Certa Pro was very easy to deal with, he did everything he promised to do.  His work crew was excellent and very polite, they were responsive to all requests, his foreman was terrific and a value to his company.

They were wonderful from the start, they came at the time they said they were going to be here. After I talked to the Aris and explained to him the work I needed done and that I did not have much time because I had to be at work at 1:00 pm he told me not to worry that he was going to be done before then. He pressure washed my entire house and then he did my windows and had time to do my kitchen tile floor too. I was so happy I could get all these work done in 1 day, and my house looked wonderful my paint looked like new, my tile floor looked so shiny I never thought it would look like that. I am going to recommend All cleaning Maintenance to all my family and friends.

Charles was a true professional. He was always available for consultation and he and his employees were on time and always friendly.  They power washed the exterior, primed and then applied two coats of exterior paint.    Front door: Cleaned light sanded and applied two coats of clear preservative.  Chalet: Hand washed light sanded, finished with two coats of clear preservative.
