Debi was prompt in replying to emails and calls and setting up the service call. The owner performed the service himself, taking time to explain how to best maintain the system and prevent future issues. The years of experience that Showalter has in the industry as well as their honest nature makes them the best we have encountered. We highly recommend them.

Called provider we have used for 30 years and they were booked out 2 weeks. Found Showalters on Angies List. Contacted them and spoke with Debbie. Very nice, Very professional. She asked a few questions and set us up for the next morning. Called that morning to advise technician was close, which he was. Joe was very punctual and professional. He did a thorough job, took particular care of my yard and being clean. He also gave me some tips for the future. Pumping a septic tank is not a job that anyone looks forward to, but both Debbie and Joe were so nice and so professional it made even this kind of job a pleasure. Wouldn't even consider using anyone else in the future. Exceptional company and employees. Did exactly what they said they would do, when, and for the amount, they said it would be. Perfect.

ER Block Plumbing
Just purchased a home with a septic system. The tubs started backing up so my first thought was septic trouble. Had a septic pump service come on site to pump my tank and check that portion of the system for problems. Septic was pumped and all was well but while doing so, noticed water continually draining in to septic. First thought was a leaking toilet flush valve. All were checked and found good. I then realized it had to be a clogged sewer line slowly draining in to septic. I put a call in to E.R. Block plumbing for help and received a call from the technician Shann within minutes. 15 minutes later he was at my front door. The clog was removed in less the a half an hour and Shann was on his way. Thank you very much E.R. Block Plumbing. Shann also found that my main cleanout is a bridged T-pipe which often leads to clogs. Shann left me with an estimate to replace the bridged T-pipe with an unbridged T-pipe at a discount in the amount of today's service.

WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THEY HAVE A DIRTY/SMELLY JOB AND STILL THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND MET OUR EXPECTIONS WITH SERVICES RENDERED. THE SPECIAL 'DIGGING FEE' TO LOCATE THE SEPTIC LID AND REMOVE THE SOIL SEEMED HIGH. WE DECIDED TO DO THE WORK OURSELVES.

I called this service and waited no more than an hour for them to show. Very quick and efficient. I asked a ton of questions regarding my septic system, leach field, cesspool, etc. I was shown visual diagrams of all different systems. Quite pleased with service!

Super Service Award Recent Review: The work was great. He was the third plumber I called because of the holiday period. He explained what he was doing and did it very nice and quickly. He arrived in an hour ( as he promised) and was done in a half hour. Because every job is different, its difficult to set a price. I would suggest getting the estimate on the phone to ensure that its reasonable. I had a nice talk with Steve, the owner, and found him to be quite concerned that I should be satisfied with his service.
Recent Review: Tony arrived on time to fix our sewer problem. Very professional, knowledgable, friendly. Spoke to us about the problem in layment's term. Problem solved. We plan to have our pipes replaced, they are the original clay from 1060's, at the end of the month
Recent Review: We worked with Agasi before and they never disappoint. We had two small repairs to do and they did them quickly and without a problem (unclogged our bathroom sink and fixed a broken sprinkler). Did a clean and quick job. Very reliable. Recommended.
