Reviews in Pacific Palisades to Install Bath Exhaust Fan

Manigault Electric
Shad Manigault twice promised and failed to show up at our home to do the work. After the first time he failed to come, we left daily phone messages and even wrote to him through Angie's List but he never responded. After a week of this he surprisingly answered his phone and promised again to come the next day. He failed to show. We went elsewhere.

The Electric Connection
They did an excellent job of installing a new electrical panel so that we could have A/C and Heating installed in our older home.  They also put in a couple new lines into the kitchen so that we could run all of our appliences (microwave, elecrical teapot, electric grill, etc.) at the same time without the breaker tripping.  The only thing they did that was not perfect was they also installed a new bath exhaust fan which was a very quite model but it sounded too loud.  I had to get get up in the attick to modify the installation in order to have the fan run quietly.  Otherwise we were happy with the job.

AAA Calvert Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning
I went really good. They came on time and went right to work and did a very good job. I had them pick out the ceiling fan after telling them what I wanted as well as the doorbell. They got me exactly what I wanted. I love the new ceiling fan and the doorbell and stove vent fan are great as well. The new motor on the stove fan makes it quieter and it works better than the old one.

Fasco Electric Inc
The job went well, even though the ceiling fan housing assembly was a tight fit and took more time than originally thought. Fasco Electric was the only electrician that gave me the option of replacing the existing exhaust fan motors and installing 3 new fan motors with new blades (which required no drywall cutting, patching or painting) or putting in new fans which would require another contractor to replace the drywall, patch, and paint. All of the other electricians said the only option would be to replace the existing exhaust fans with new ones that were much larger in size with a higher cost excluding the cost of the repair work required afterwards.

The company was prompt to get back with me, however I will not be using this deal  because I already have this ceiling fan he was going to installed.

Raymond came out very next day to give me an estimate for the work. Pricing was right in line with the other estimates I got. Went with them because of reviews and scheduling. Boy was I glad I did. His crew came out extra early, since its been over 100 degrees for the past few weeks, and would have to be in the working in Beelzebub's attic, I totally understand. Frankly, just thinking of the heat they had to work in makes me want a beer... They were very professional and extremely courteous. Super tidy; covered furniture with drop cloths etc. Did their best to be a minimum of intrusion to our morning routine. They answered all my questions as I would pop in to see what they were doing. When they were done cleaning up, you couldn't tell that anybody had been there. Other than the properly working fans of course. VERY happy customer. Will definitely hire again - hopefully in cooler weather.

Recent Review: We had just bought a new tv, but had limited outlet space in our living room. He installed two new outlets in our living room, and replaced an old light fixture with a ceiling fan in our bedroom. He was very attentive and gave us great advice about our ceiling fan. He charged $200 for the ceiling fan and $220 for the two outlets. He will be adding lighting to our new bookshelf soon! Super excited!

Recent Review: Excellent service, completed in a very efficient timely matter, definitely recommend :)

Recent Review: Talked to Alonso about the fact the ceiling fan sparked and then blew out, he said he would check it to see if it was an electrical issue or a ceiling fan issue. He said he would not charge for coming out if it was just a ceiling fan issue, and that he would just put the ceiling fan in for $110.00 if that was the only issue. It turned out that was the only issue. He was very professional, and responsive. I felt the price was very fair and that he was communicative of the fact it might cost more depending on the issue. I would definitely go to him again if I had another issue, or needed work done.

Recent Review: Overall it was a great experience. We called them on a Saturday afternoon and they answered right away. Said they could come by to do an estimate that same afternoon. We haggled on the price a bit, but that was only because there was concern over not having an attic in our condo. In the end, that turned out not to be an issue. Ron and his associate were very professional and nice. They preformed the job quickly and cleaned up after. I would hire them again.
