Recent Review: If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I am so, so, so, so, so, so happy with the results on my home. I had water damage and as a result walls, windows and floors needed to be removed, dried out and then put back. Pure Restoration was recommended to me. The owner Tommy came over, assessed everything and explained what I would need to do. Tommy was able to handle all the insurance paperwork/submissions. I would have been utterly LOST without his help with the insurance process and company. Tommy's team (Luis, Roberto, Walter and Kelvin) that worked on my house were GREAT!! Their attention to detail is exceptional!!!!!!!! They are true craftsmen. They were so professional and genuinely nice people it was a pleasure having them in my home. They showed up on time everyday, left my house clean everyday before they left no matter what they were working on and answered any questions/concerns I had. Water damage was a very stressful thing to have happen and Tommy and team were there to help me. Tommy answered all my questions and emails and always got back to me in a timely manner and helped keep me calm under a stressful and long insurance process. They office team (Angelina and Catherine) were also very helpful and patient with me. I cannot recommended this company highly enough. You will not be disappointed if you use them!!!!!!!!

Recent Review: We had a drain overflow dump a lot of water onto the drywall ceilings of our two master bathrooms. Our plumber opened up the ceilings and repaired the drain problem and then recommended TFM Mold And Water Damage Restoration to take care of the water-damaged drywall. Thomas Medrano, owner of TFM, and his crew were out the very next morning to take care of the problem. Thomas explained the whole procedure and provided an estimate of the cost on the spot. After our OK they began work immediately to remove the water-damaged drywall. There was also water damage to the ceiling of our garage which still had the “popcorn” ceiling. Thomas arranged for the required sampling and asbestos testing of the spray-on acoustic by a licensed firm (the age of our home meant the spray-on acoustic might have asbestos in it). After they finished opening-up the bathroom ceilings and part of adjoining walls, TFM placed large dehumidifiers in the two master bathrooms and the garage. This was Thursday night and the dehumidifiers ran 24x7 until Monday morning. Thomas cautioned us that the units were noisy and would generate a lot of heat … no kidding! Thomas kept us posted during the weekend to report that the asbestos testing came back negative which meant he could finish-up his work on Monday. Thomas returned Monday morning and his instrument check showed that all of the wood and drywall adjacent to the leak and in the garage was now fully dried-out. Thomas was then able to shut-down and remove his dehumidifiers. That completed TFM’s work. Thomas and his two crew members were thorough and careful in their work and fully cleaned-up after themselves. Everything about what they did was prompt and professional. TFM’s billings were accepted by our insurance company for full reimbursement (after our deductible). I highly recommend TFM Mold And Water Damage Restoration.

Recent Review: Our upstairs neighbors unit flooded water into our condo. We had Cameron come out and assess the damage. We had no idea what to do or how any of this worked. He was very helpful and I feel a lot more educated about these types of issues. Next time this happens I'm calling Cameron right away.
