I think she did the best she could with her instructions she didn’t know that she was supposed to clean the refrigerator I had to give her a mop show her how to mop use our vacuum our supplies and I just not happy

We had a pretty good experience with the actual cleaner on a previous visit. Nice work, nice person. But the office is impossible to deal with! I called to schedule another cleaning and the office person said she would call me back when she found someone to cover it. She didn't call me back. I called her back the next and she was still working on it and she would let me know. They had my phone number wrong and we corrected that, but she never called me back. So I am left hanging. This is quite inconvenient -- if they want business, they should follow up. I won't ever call them again even though I liked the first, only cleaning we had. Too much hassle. CLEANING AUTHORITY
The work is okay, not terrible, but never as clean as you'd like. According to the company, they pay particular attention to a special "rotation area." I don't see the results. They often miss things and it is frequently in the area they said they spent extra time on. In the beginning, I always called to let them know about things that were missed, but it didn't seem to make much difference so I stopped. Also, this company apparently has a policy that they won't wipe out waste baskets. Maybe this is standard industry practice, but I've never encountered it with any other house cleaner and it's very annoying to have a clean bathroom with a dirty wastebasket

Cumex Cleaning Services
Cumex has been cleaning my house on a regular basis since Nov, 2009. I continue to be impressed with their cleaning (and customer) service and have not had a single negative interaction or experience with owners or any of their cleaning team. When life happens and I need to reschedule they are extremely accommodating. They arrive on time, are extremely friendly, charge a very reasonable price, and leave me with an extremely clean home. Recently, I decided it was time to have all of my windows cleaned (interior \ exterior). Unlike other cleaning services I have hired in the past, Cumex happily cleans windows, even if it means them squeezing between bushes and crawling underneath trees to access my windows. I cannot emphasize what a challenge this is at my home! As always, Cumex exceeded my expectations and left me with an extremely clean house, with the added bonus of leaving me with magically clean and clear windows. I have been a customer since 2009 and will continue to have Cumex clean my home (and now windows) on a regular basis

From the beginning, overall we have been pleased with California Green Clean. They have been responsive to email communications and feedback on the cleaning. It is so nice to come home to a clean home and having it smell clean and fresh but not like chemicals. First, in full-disclosure I bought a Groupon, so the amount I paid was about half of the normal cost. However, as Groupon is a method to gain new customers, I wouldn't expect half the value.I bought 4 man hours of cleaning, which was 2 house cleaners for 2 hours. Once I bought the groupon and called the business, it took 3 or 4 days to get a return call. At that point, probably due to the response to the groupon, the first Saturday appointment I could get was 2 months away. On the day of the appointment, they came 2 hours early, I was glad I was home, it would've been very frustrating to miss them after such a long wait for the appointment. When I went back to work on Monday, I found a voice mail message there telling me they would be early. It seems that if they were going to change appointment times, they should've talked to a live person before telling the crew to show up.I purposely hadn't cleaned during the week before they came, so that I would be sure I could see a difference. When they left, I sat down on my couch to enjoy my newly cleaned house, and realized my coffee table hadn't been dusted. Later in the afternoon I looked at the bathroom a little closer, and there was a fairly large section of mildew at eye level in the shower, and I thought perhaps it was a stain, but it wiped right off with a Lysol wipe. Perhaps I have a misconception of what they were going to do, but I have a small house, and in 4 hours I figured I wouldn't have to still do things like dust, and that my house would actually appear clean.Several days later the owner emailed me to thank me for hiring them and provide me with the cost of cleaning on a regular basis. It was far more expensive than I was prepared to pay for house cleaning, especially since they missed some really obvious things. I politely declined, but the owner emailed back to ask why, saying "we want you to be happy." Since she asked, I told her my observations, and sent a photo of the coffee table I'd texted a friend after they left. I never heard back from her--not an apology, not an offer to "make me happy" (which I would've declined but appreciated). I'm fortunate to have found another cleaning company that has a reasonable price and does a fabulous job
