Aptos Dishwasher Installation

My appointment went very well. The tech checked out the dishwasher and said that the main circuit board was dead and the best thing to do is replace the dishwasher. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely call them again

He established that it was from the dishwasher. However he wasn't able to move the dishwasher but didn't charge us for the service call.

Worked good while repairman still here but broke immediately after he left so I immediately phoned and he returned and refixed, showing me that one of the new parts (plastic made in China) had broken, and he replaced one of the old parts. Prior to again running dishwasher, the bottom of dishwasher filled with water which leaked to kitchen floor. I bailed out the water from the dishwasher, and under the sink turned off the water to the dishwasher. I am now washing dishes by hand and will get a new dishwasher when the COVID-19 turmoil is over.

Purchased a new dishwasher, needed someone to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. Contacted JP Appliance Repair, was quickly given a quote which I felt was a fair price for the work. The installation team arrived on-time, did a superior job performing the de-install and install. They left the work area neat/clean. Will call again if I need any help with my appliances. He reinstalled a dishwasher that had been removed during a re-flooring job in our new house. He turned the dishwasher on and ran it to ensure the connections were working, and that the dishwasher was draining. Very professional, very polite, prompt service, easy to schedule. I would hire him again.

John Aiken was early, professional, fast and surprisingly inexpensive. $35 for the service call and $10 to fix the problem. Even fixed the seal on my refrigerator while waiting for the dishwasher to cycle through to make sure it was fixed. Offered to work on anything else while he waited for the dishwasher to cycle. Offered advice on dishwasher detergent, use of the dishwasher, and the electric starter on my gas stove. Very personable, obviously enjoys his work and enjoys helping people. The experience having him fix the dishwasher was a very positive experience contrary to my experience with most repair people. Will recommend him to all my friends.

THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. REPAIRED MY DISHWASHER IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE EVEN CLEANED INSIDE OF MY DISHWASHER AND USE A CLEANING AGENT.

Couldn't get parts for oven door, so he switched hinges sides. Works nice for now. Dishwasher was checked out wasn't dispensing water properly or soap. He recommended new dishwasher. After all appliances are over 20 Years.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE ON TROUBLE SHOOTING POSSSIBLILIES OF CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE NEW DISHWASHER. THEY ORDERED THE REPLACEMENT PART AND IT ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED AND MY DISHWASHER WAS BACK IN SERVICE WITHOUT A HITCH.

My dishwater was not working anymore and the error message showed it was a plumbing issue. Anthony from Mike Council Plumbing was my technician. He did a full check on both the pipes and the dishwater and was able to diagnose that it was the dishwasher not the plumbing. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the issues in detail. If things break, I will ask to have him back on the job. Extremely professional and very continuous with all the Covid protocols. Great service!!!
