Sears earliest availablility was 1 1/2 weeks to have a service man come. He came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and said he would be back in a 1 1/2 weeks that was earliest availability. He came back as promised and discovered they sent the wrong part. Again he ordered the part and came back in 1 1/2 weeks, again it was the wrong part. So he ordered it again and said he would see us in 1 1/2 weeks. I called a few days later and told them to forget it and went and purchased a new washer. It seems like they could get the right part and not make you wait 1 1/2 weeks every time their part was wrong. Will not do business with this company again.
