I purchased the Squeaky Kleen Offer on Sept. 23, 2014. Derreck, the owner of Squeaky Kleen, contacted me the next day, I think. I spoke with Derreck the owner. He was very pleasant and our conversation I said I purchased an offer from Angie's List for his services to pressure wash my house. I thought the total cost for washing the house was the $75 as a sale price for the complete job. But the next couple of messages he sent me quotes of different options and he asked me the size of the house and how many windows and what the exterior surface was. So I looked at all the options. After reviewing them I realized what I wanted and needed was $200 to $300 higher. I had never used any one to clean the house like that. I called him a couple of days later and explained my situation to him. He was very pleasant and always said he would try to work with me. I told him I didn't need my windows washed. In our conversation it came up that he also charged a fuel charge and that he was about 3 hours from me. But their was an office or something in Fort Smith. The charge would be around $30 or $40. He also explained to me how the $150 worked. It was only an example of what may be the cost of a job and the $75 would be deducted from it, but then I would have to pay the difference of any cost over $150 plus the surcharge. He also said my total cost would be around $240 minimum minus the $75. For that price I could not get to have it washed with soap or add any protection. So he sent me a quote for 3 options for the washing of the house again. A few days later we were in contact again. He kept wanting me to choose an option and set up a service date. I was starting to feel uncomfortable. I said I would let him know by Monday Oct. 6. That's when I contacted Angie's List and requested a refund. I just cant afford to have this done.
