After 7 long years of trying to remodel this house by ourselves, we're now in our new home thanks to Rob Weinrich. I found Rob's profile on Angie's List while looking for someone who could custom-build our new kitchen cabinets. His reviews were outstanding and the pictures provided showed amazing carpentry skills. Rob offers his labor at a flat hourly rate and gives you the option of buying your own materials for him to install. Or, he can write you a quote for the whole job (with or without materials). After seeing his work firsthand, we decided to ask Rob to help us finish the house. We wound up having him custom build all our kitchen cabinets and island, install all kitchen appliances, put baseboard throughout the house, install 6 pockets doors, trim out all the doors and windows, replace/add 6 windows, finish the siding and exterior painting, install a new metal roof on the house and the shop building, help finish building our 1,200 square foot screened porch, build a custom covered walkway from the garage to the house, build a new landing and steps to the back door, install guttering, install two 9 foot garage doors, build 5 sets of stairs for our porch, trim out the porch with custom finishing touches, install french swinging screen doors, mount new light fixtures all over the house, build custom cabinets in the bathrooms and laundry room, build custom wood closet shelves, performed needed plumbing and wiring as the job progressed, built custom floating entertainment center for living room, installed 2 TV mounts, built a covered 8x8 porch for shop building, install new gas fireplace, and possibly a few things I've forgotten. Rob worked well with the sub-contractors we hired (countertops, etc...) He kept an eye on them as they worked and made sure everything was installed properly. (Eg. Our countertops have a seam in one very long section. Rob worked with the installers to ensure you can't see it without really looking very carefully.) All in all, Rob is amazing. He can custom-build just about anything you want. He is completely trustworthy (we left him a key to the house and access to all our tools without a second thought), hard-working, patient, smart, and a lot of fun! You won't be sorry you hired him! You'll just wonder why more contractors aren't like him. He'll definitely make you reluctant to hire anyone else in the future!

Then when Scott took the time to not just give me an estimate but email me information regarding what to expect from them throughout the process I knew NWA Metal Buildings was the contractor I wanted to deal with. All the guys that came onto our property during the building process were kind, considerate & hard working. I really appreciated T J's attention to detail and his keeping us informed about his progress including when he would return etc. And the quality of our building (that will last us for many, many years) is top notch! I HIGHLY recommend NWA Metal Buildings! They really do come through during the building process with promises they make at the beginning.

It was completed far quicker than I could imagine and the cost and construction quality was far superior to the "pre-fab" buildings and kits on the market.

DO NOT hire this company to do any work for you! The owner, Love Green, took our agreed upon money per the contract and left us with a half built building. She then proceeded to ask us for MORE money. We were willing to pay more to have it dried in, but she just bailed on us leaving our shop open to the elements. She stopped returning our calls. She stole money from us that did not go into the building. Save yourself from going through this same terrible experience and hire someone else!!!

Mr. Himsl is a first rate builder!  Our new storage shed looks perfect.  Working with Rick was very hassle free.  He always responded to my phone calls promptly and answered all my questions patiently; and once the March weather finally cooperated with us, he arrived to start the build.  I couldn't believe how fast and and efficient Rick was in building the shed!  I think he worked a solid three days, and then the building was finished, and it looks perfect; sturdy, solid, and expertly made.  All the joints and cuts are very neat and professional.  He has obviously built many of these sheds in his career!  I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the building and the whole process of working with Rick from start to finish.  It was the most straightforward, surprise-free, hassle-free transaction, which is saying a lot for a rather large purchase of a custom built product, sight unseen.   The price on the website was exactly the price we paid, and we got exactly what we were told we would get.  I would highly recommend Rick Himsl to anyone I know needing a storage shed or shop building.  He's an honest, hard-working professional (a fairly rare commodity these days, it seems), and his work speaks for itself.

We use him all the time. He is honest and works really very hard. He is a man of character which is rare these days.

Still wondering. Building process and result is still debatable. Sales and buying process is a nightmare. Communication and trust are a huge issue. Steer clear. I wish this wasn't the case.

We hired Lon (L.J.) Ellenburg to build a little cottage house for our aunt.  We told him how much money we had  to work with (which wasn't much) and he made it happen very quickly.  L.J. and his crew were super professional yet they took extra attention to details and little things that made the house more convenient and "usable" for our aunt.  No corners were cut.  Everyone who worked on the house went the extra mile. The house was completed on schedule and under budget.   L.J. is an honest, trustworthy perfectionist and the finished product shows.   I have never  bothered to do a review for someone but this is a talented guy who's work deserves to be praised.  We would highly recommend L.J. and will hire him again for any future building or remodeling projects.
