Everything was great from the word go, but then I have come to expect nothing less from this company. James came out on a Thursday, identified the problem as well as a secondary potential problem. Since the secondary potential problem would have involved duct work that had been installed by Jay's Service Company, James assured me there would be no charge if any work needed to be done on that part. James then quoted me a solid price and ordered the part that would be required for the cooling unit. On late Friday afternoon, I received a call that the part had arrived, and was asked if a morning service call on Monday would be convenient for me. I said that it would be. On Monday morning, two young men came and fixed the problem, as well as investigated if the secondary problem (an airflow problem) existed. After I paid the bill, Robert (the young man who had installed me heating/air condition duct the previous winter, as well as the new zone thermostat) took the time to program my thermostats for my schedule, as well as explained my filter needs. All the personnel involved in fixing my problem, including phone calls from the office manager, Kayla, were professional, prompt, courteous and very, very helpful.
