He fixed the surface burners and then determined the problem with the oven. He advised me that the price to fix the oven was $300-$400 due to an expensive part, and recommended that I not have him complete the repair ... rather, I should buy a new range; which I did.

The technician called (me) the owner 3x to schedule the appointment. The owner informed the technician that he needed to contact the tenant and that their number and name had been provided at the first call. The technician finally reached the tenant and after some discussion indicated he would call early in the am the following morning to establish an appointment. The tenant provided a time frame when they would be available for the service. The tech never called and then attempted to show up 15 minutes prior to the tenant's need to leave the premises. Another call from the tech revealed that he wasn't able to find the home, which is in Eagle River. He actually called on his cell phone from Taco Bell and asked the tenant to meet him at the restaurant to the two miles from the restaurant to the home. After the lack of organization and professionalism, the tenant refused the technician the job. Despite the fact that the company never showed up physically to the home, they called today and are expecting a $100 'service fee.' I do not recommend.

Dave showed up on time, fixed the washer and oven in about an hour and a half. I have used Dave before and he has always done good work and is very reasonably priced.

The tech. Dave showed up on time. He came with the item that i needed to repair the stove as I spoke w/him on the phone and explained my repair problem. He worked quietly and quickly to repair the defective item. He finished and gave me the defective part and this took about half an hour. He cleaned up after himself and around/behind the range. He checked the entire stove/burner to make sure they all worked properly. He was curt in response to my questions but, he got the job done quickly and efficiently. While I was happy with the service provided he did not take a credit card which was a surprise to me. He followed me to my bank where I paid him in cash. Despite that issue...I would still call him again as he is more than competent in his skill set.

enDave was great. He did arrive about 10 minutes late, but as he was fixing our oven he discovered that someone had tried to and quot;fixand quot; some of the wiring with duct tape and it had mostly melted into a few other wires and could've started a fire. Although he found other things he had to fix, he was amazing fast and he was in and out of our house in about 20 minutes. He's not the most personable as he's fairly quiet, but he's courteous and does a nice job of explaining what needs to be fixed.

Charged $95 service call, $80 labor, and $20 parts, They scratched the bottom drawer of the oven, and refused to own up to it. In the end, they paid half of the cost of a new drawer panel and installed it. Oh, by the way, the halogen lights that they installed in our microwave burned out 4 months later... they probably think I'm stupid enough to call them back... in the end, I will spread the word about my experience.

I made an appointment with Dave. He showed up exactly on time. Whenm he got into the oven, the igniter was working (kind of) although not well. I had him replace it anyway, but he made certain to ask if that was what I wanted. If I had decided not to replace the igneter, there would have been no charge. The repair was complete in less than half an hour, and the oven works fine now. I might mention that I used Dave once previously to work on a very old washing machine (over thirty years old). Parts for this washer were no longer commerically available, and the problem was a defective timer. Dave spent well over an hour adjusting the broken timer and got the machine to work, although he cautioned me that it was only a matter of time before it broke again. He offered to search for the proper part used, but I told him not to bother. Because the repair was not ideal, he charged me only $30 for his time. Thge machine held up for another six months and then failed completely in another respect, and I replaced it. I can only say that I appreciated Dave's persistence, fairness and honesty. I would certainly call him again.

Recent Review: If hiring as a work team, expect to pay $1000 a day. Kitchen cabinets (14 on the floor, 2 hung, two sinks, electrical outlets every 4 feet) took 4 days. The oven cabinet was 96" tall, torn apart...that's a lot of time. A second 96" cabinet was customized to make a coffee machine and microwave look built in, while protecting the inside wood with formica custom built...adds time, a little extra money, but the results as an investment are WELL worth it. You're paying for guys who can glance at a scene and spot 10 things even you the seasoned builder/owner might not. If you don;t speak house builder language, they'll break it down for you in civilian terms. My husband speaks builder speak. He loves these guys. Did I mention they just went to work every morning while my husband and I slept on a floor below most of the day,. since we'd typically been up all night with pain and injuries? THAT's a caring, trusting team - them and us.

Recent Review: I have Muscular Dystrophy and I need a "lift up" chair in order to get up from seat. I also need walker, auto stair climber etc. When I was in my chair and lost power, and had to get to the bathroom, I was in a fix. Power came back on 15 min latter, but decided to get a generator that would come on automatically when I do loose power. I contacted a friend who gave me his name as maybe can do the job. I called him and the following day he provided estimate. I told him to go ahead with the job. He got the generator, and had it delivered. It was 2 hours late getting here, so he had to work another couple of hours the second day. Otherwise would have been finished on the day he started. He put the generator under the carport where I wanted it instead of next to the back of the house. Required extra work to run the lines. He also got the plumber also needed. This generator comes on automatically whenever I loose power. It shuts off same way. I have enough power for heat, lights, TV, microwave oven ,freezers, refrigerator get out of my chair, and use stair case lifter in case power goes out.
