Tucson Shower Valve Repair

It went very well. A friend of mine who is a contractor recommended Jeff to me. I contacted him right away and he did a fantastic job at a reasonable price he was courteous, on time, took an assessment of my situation and gave me an estimate. Jeff not only completed the job that day but my total charge was lessThen the estimate because he told me he got a better deal on the main fixture which shows his honesty. Clearly he did not have to do that because I was already happy with the job it just made my day.

Steve was easy to work with. He communicated well, showed up early and solved my problem easily. Other companies quoted more time and he did a great job in less time than he quoted.

Plumb has been our plumber for approx. 8 years. We have managed many rental properties over the years and simply could not have been successful without Plumb Plumbing. After several bad experiences with other plumbers we found Plumb whose technicians and owners are always on time and honest. They are not the cheapest plumber in town nor should they be. They aren't the most expensive either. You get what you pay for in this life. We have had them perform every conceivable repair and upgrade job over the years, from simple dripping sinks to replacing an entire underground sewer system for a 10 plex. They handled every job well and within budget. If it's going to cost more they are good with communication either way. We have actually had jobs that were a lot less too. I have also had them out to my own house and again the work is top notch. I refer them all the time and everyone has been happy with their service. You can't go wrong with Plumb Plumbing.

The technician was courteous, fast, efficient and did a nice job. I will definitely patronize them again.

Very well. Service tech had the replacement part on his truck, thus saving me an additional cost for him to obtain a replacement at a plumbing supply store (travel time).

Steve was very personable and extremely knowledgeable/professional. I probably could have done the work myself (in three days and with lots of water leaks) so I figured I should call a plumber. Based on Angie's List reports, and his offer of a 15% discount on the service call, I chose him. After speaking to him on the phone, we arranged a mutually convenient appointment. He showed up on time and got right to work; he wasted no time throughout the job. Also, he isn't afraid of dogs, and I have two big ones, so that was a plus. He didn't charge for the 45 minute round trip to the plumbing supply store to get the needed parts, and didn't mark-up the cost either. Overall, the experience was excellent. I highly recommend him and will steer as much business as possible to him.

If I could give Dustin a grade higher than "A", I would. The morning following his repair of the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink, there was another leak. Dustin returned first thing that morning. His previous repair was tight. This leak now was from the faucet. He fixed the leaking connection temporarily to allow me time to find another faucet. We called him back to replace the kitchen faucet and also a shower valve. When he arrived he told me the style of faucet we had chosen would not work well with our stainless steel sink and suggested a more suitable style. Both the shower valve and the kitchen faucet were completed in under 3 hours. Dustin was on time for each of his service calls. He is highly professional, fair in his fees, prompt, friendly, helpful, informative, efficient--very good at what he does. He is our plumber for all future projects.

I had frozen pipes repair, valve replacement...etc They showed up on time, very personable, and charged what i felt was a good rate ($60/hour) I have already given their name out to several of our neighbors. I will absolutely use them and will continue to use them in the future.

Dustan showed up on time. He made sure that my house was kept as dust free and as clean as possible. I was kept informed as to the progress as he did each step. At the end of the job he cleaned up very well. Dustan was polite the whole time he was here.

Fixed water valve on house service, fixed leak on toilet and then reset toilet. All went OK and smoothly.
