My shower door collapsed on me and I thought it was a goner. Ed C. showed up and performed, what I truly believe to be, a miracle. That door has never worked so well in all of the years I have lived here. He did tell me that the wheels should be replaced to avoid this problem in the future, and I will have them replaced by Handyman Connection, He was here and gone in less than 15 minutes. I was extremely impressed and grateful. There was a slight "oops" with the scheduling. This has NEVER happened with this company before, they have always been punctual and given a courtesy call prior to arrival, so I thought "it happens" and I got over it. When I called to see what the delay was, they were completely honest with me, and yes, they made it right. This is why I will ALWAYS be a customer of Handyman Connection. Do yourself a favor and call them. I have never waited more than a day or two to have someone here. I have even had a same day appointment. They do everything and they do it well..

Shawn Mosley was outstanding. Prompt and professional with a great attitude and excellent craftsman skills/experience. There was a long delay between the estimate (4-20-2011) and the service (8-15/16-2011) due to illness and surgery but Handyman Connection had no problem and was very accommodating and flexible. Shawn went above and beyond in his tasks. He did not cut corners and took the time that was needed to do the job correctly the first time. He required no supervision and did not make us uncomfortable in any way. He also did not mind showing me what he was doing as the job went along and provided tips on how to do it myself. I will use Handyman Connection in the future and ask for Shawn

Helping Hands Handyman and Automotive Repair
The workmen were very courteous and accommodating of my hectic schedule and worked hard to make most of the time I was able to be home so that the work could be performed. They kept me informed of the schedule and timeline and finished within the stated estimated deadline. They worked cleanly and with minimal disruption. The only minor complaint is that the a small base board where some of the drywall repair was made was not put in. In truth, it was not part of the initial estimate and job order and I failed to notice until after the work crew left. However, either the supervisor (Don) who gave me the estimate should have included it, or the work crew should have noticed that it was needed upon completion of the job

The quote was for about $886 for the whole thing, and there was quite a bit involved. They gave us a 10 percent off
